This is a set of Black Dot Ping S55 irons. Irons come with Ping CFS shafts in S flex with Lampkin standard “velvet” grips. Irons are used, pic of 4 and 7 irons show the most worn areas. All in all, set is in good condition, especially the club faces. Price is $300 OBO, would also consider a trade for a Newport 2 or Del Mar style Scotty Cameron in great condition.

Good morning, I am trying to find out the flex on the G-Loomis gl282 iron shafts that Ping was used for Ping Zing 2 irons. The shafts do not have an R or S designation just GL282. Anyone out there know the flex? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for all the great replies. I like the stability and ball control I have with the steel. I just want to have that with some added distance. I think I am going to look into some higher weighted graphite shafts and keep the 42 inch length that I am comfortable with and hopefully it balances out. Thanks again for the advice and the shaft recommendations.

Need some advice here. I am trying to evolve and go with a graphite shaft in my 3 wood but I am really comfortable with the old-school steel length of 42-42.5 inches. How would I go to graphite and maintain that length without going to a ridiculously low swing weight? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance and happy new year to all!

Ti/Zr/+ 14 Degree1. MRH Ping TiSi 14 degree 3-Wood from the Ping WRX department. This wood has a UST Proforce 75 Stiff with a RS3 hosel configuration. Finally, the club has a Ping i3 lite cord grip.
