Good question, I'll be interested to see these results. You should add the K15. There's a thread on here that makes that thing sound like a miracle club.

As far as performance, PING Rapture V1......no question.
love it...no fancy airs about your bag and likely get the job done....sure i still love shiny new showings..but yours is....one of my favorite whats in the bags..i have seen......
Thank you for the kind words. When I was a kid I was always grossed out by thrift stores, but ever since starting to play golf I started to find I could find some pretty premium stuff there - sort of like collecting or something. I've been doing this throughout my time the last four years as an undergrad. Guys, I went to the GG in Woodville

What's the clubhouse like? Can you see the "Champions Locker Room"? Is it caddies only or do they have carts as well? Gotta get a tee time a year in advance? Do tell.
I worked at a TV station in Augusta for 7 years and was able to play twice on media day in late May (2002 & 2004). I covered 6 Masters and got to play on 2 media days, so a 33% playing privilege was pretty good. Some pe
I live right outside Augusta and have been fortumate enough to play the National twice (although I'd definitely play again). So I would love to play Sage Valley (10 minutes from my house) and I'd drive to Atlanta anytime for the Athletic Club, Sugarloaf and East Lake...
So what's it like? 5. Sory about that guys, got a bit lazy toight as I listed a bunch of stuff on the Bay. Here is some of my other scores as listed in previous threads I started: Tensor blades (MSRP $800-600). I was really happy to find these and I still have them(the pics turned out real nice): http://www.golfwrx.com/forums/topic/259489-tensor-ironsgolf-club-company/page__p__1699182__fromsearch__1#entry1699182 My Spalding Greg Norman blades are pictured here (I still have these as well, in mint condition, and originally scored these at Goodwill as well, I think it was $2.99 a club): http://www.golfwrx.
 6. There is a 983K 8.5 with stock stiff graphite Speeder shaft for $21.99 at a local store by me. So I should pick it up? I was mis-hitting it and getting it out 270 according to the screen thingy. I was liking it but wanted to do a little more research and found this thread. I'm intrigued by this club and have been hitting drivers left and right trying to find just the right one. I wanted a little bit bigger of a head but maybe I should grab it? What is the difference between the E and the K?
 7.
I am loving the bag and all the finds.Fantastic! Any more pics of the collection and all the bags please? It must be great finding this stuff.
Give me a sec' and I will have a few more up. Regards.
 8.
Yes, that is what I hear all the time, WBYC is an awesome Ross design. I've only got a few more public courses to play in the Twin Cities, I've traveled all around the metro and played most, so i guess it might be time to start trying the privates, although that might be tough without many connections. Sand Hills and Dismal River are still on my list too, but last summer I got the treat of playing Prairie Club close by and Sutton Bay in SD. Those are close by and really great to play. Maybe soon NE will see me again. [/quo

Outside of MN, I really want to get on at Sand Hills and Dismal River in NE. I have a buddy who lives out there, but no access to those 2 courses.
I better add WBYC. I keep hearing

Is that the course where you cross over a bridge and a busy street to get to the back 9? I believe I played the front there with a friend once if that's the course.
nope thta is not the course the course you are thinking about is white bear yacht club
No, I've played the Yacht Club on a number of occasions. The course I'm thinking about is by downtown Minneapolis and has held several USGA events there over the years.
 11. Hazeltine National, home of 91 US, 99 and 10 PGA and numerous other USGA events.

 13.
thanks for your help, but you have a slight mark on the grip and so where do this little mark points to exactly?
I suppose it depends on the grips. If you don't want to look at the logos, I do them reverse some times. Putter grips obviously you will almost always want them alligned forward. But like, if I remove a grip to save it, like a Nike or TM or something, depending on the club I re-install it on, I sometimes turn them backwards. Just a preference sometimes.
 14. I've done quite few woods, irons and putters. I have never really found a fool proof technique, just have a good eye and work as fast as you can.
