  7. I would love to see the tour step up and invoke at least a 1 stroke penalty on a player exhibiting slow play. I am not sure the sponsors would do anything about it and don't know that they should. It is a PGA tour problem and should be dealt with through Tim Finchem. I can't believe his comments. Maybe he should play in an upcoming Pro/AM tournament like Pebble Beach where the average round is 6 hours. Or he could play behind a threesome of Byrd, Simpson and Crane to see if that would change his mind. I hate waiting on a tee for more than 5 minutes, especially on a Par 3. It just kills any rhythm you have going in your round. Just my thoughts though.
  8. I used to work there in the Pro Shop. I miss this course. I live in Alabama now.
  9. They must be paying Woods very good appearance money to pass up a tournament on a course where he grew up. He has always played Torrey very well and could be passing up his 1st win in 2012. Doesn't he have a mansion in Dhabi? I guess he wants to sleep in his own bed. I would rather play at Torrey Pines.
  10. I think the USA will take the cup, but it may be with Tiger only getting 2 wins. That course is so difficult. I can't imagine putting on greens over 13 on the stimp meter with wind blowing over 20mph. We'll see how they play today.
