  1. After my lacrosse career ended I wanted an individual sport to take up. When I first started I had 5 lessons and I was making great strides. My instructor, who I really liked, unfortunately moved away. Winter came around and work got busy so I stopped working at my swing. This spring I finally got back into it and I'm struggling with the transition into the down swing. Its causing me to come over the top and can't figure out how to stop the over the top movement with my body. Any advise would be appreciated and thanks for looking!
