  1. Thanks I saw that...IU saw Dick's has a special on the new pack of Hammer 15 balls for $15.99 minimum 2 packs.
  2. OK it seems Top Flite D2+ are now called Hammer Control. Some reviews say slightly softer and longer. We shall see. Thanks for the answer. In the meantime I found some new old stock on eBay. I will get the new Hammer soon. Still has the Dimple in a Dimple too!
  3. I can't find them at all now in October of 2020. Dick's seems to have stopped selling them. Someone at an Edwin Watts said TaylorMade bought them. Probably for the Dimple in a dimple patent. A friend bought a dozen from the fellow at EW(forgot the name) but it was not Dimple In a Dimple design. Someone else said they are called "Hammer" . Any recent information? I have compared lots of golf balls during and full rounds and they go the farthest...for me... I found no news at all of this on various searches.

  5. Thank you. I wonder if TM will own up and make it right in someway. Not recognizing faults in a $1200 product makes them untrust worthy for a future purchase. Bill
  6. I’ve heard of issues with the faces of the 2017 M2 irons. The M3 and M4’s were released because of reports of face distortion after multiple rounds of usage. True? If so is there a remedy? Bill
  7. Those are hard to find especially in his price range--- Actually surprised me you posted that most folks outside the Classics Forum do not know about those. So I really have to give you a +1 for mentioning them Several sets of MacGregor Pro-C's on eBay now...
  8. I learned to play golf at about 12(1955). About the same time I started caddying. So I caddied and played a few courses but mostly one. It was hard but since the other 4 were easier we thought it was normal for one course to be a little harder. In the winter we rode our sleds down the hills as they were the best around. I played golf in high school and That One was our Home Course. The other schools that came to play against us didn't like being there. It wasn't until traveling to other courses in the area on the High School Team, I realized that course was different. We thought all courses lo
  9. Well under the $300 range are the Hogan Apex FTX. Smooth as silk.
  10. WOW! All the Head Covers look great. But my favorites for sure are the "3-piece of White Blue Red Fairway Wood Head Cover". A friend and I were fortunate to win a round of Golf with Justin Rose at Albany in the Bahama's last month. TaylorMade gave us a set of M1 Woods and Hybrids and I think these Head Covers would look absolutely Fabulous on my Woods and Hybrid. Serving me as great reminder of a wonderful memory. Any Memory would do but that's my favorite now...

  12. I guess I wasn't complete. In deciding which ball to play. I purchased 4 different brands of "soft" balls. I played each brand over 9 holes and then switched. After several weeks and given the way balls end up being played if a ball was lost, I always seemed to look for the Chrome Soft over the other so called Soft balls. They consistently felt better when hit and maybe it's my imagination, but they tracked far better than the others. The distance always looked to be more than I expected out of that club. Thank you for bringing them to market. Now...I'd love to see how they are made!
