  1. Thanks Monte. I think I know exactly the one you are talking about. I think I have dabbled with this and it feels almost like a "dead" right side that goes along with the ride. I'll watch it again and work on it
  2. Having a minor issue with my right leg/knee kick out late in the downswing and kind of getting in the way. I know this is an "out there" type of issue but anyone had success with drills or feels to stop this? The short term idea I have had is to keep the right side/hip/knee very quite in the downswing and feeling like it only moves laterally and not out.....doesn't feel like I can go at it as hard though.
  3. Does anyone have any experience comparing these two head to head? I currently have the Yellow 6.0 76g which has 2.9 degrees in torque. I am looking for something a little lighter but not down in the low 60g range. I found the Black Smoke has a 6.0 that weighs 69g and that seems to be right where I want it. I know the torque is higher at 3.5 degrees. Just looking for suggestions. I had considered going 6.5 in the Black Smoke but I'm not sure. I am a classic tweener as I can find a stiff flex that fits and an x flex. I have had both in different drivers.
  4. So looking at my video some more I'd say I don't do a great job of regaining forward bent in the downswing. If I got my shift without regaining forward bend it would be a slide, right? I think I need to work on a slight bump and regaining some of my forward bend. Thoughts?
  5. I could, but it would not support a belief that practicing upon a teeter-totter represents the best way to use ground, so will leave it there, except to say if a building's emergency exit is compromised things can become quickly cramped at a time when just the opposite is needed. I'll all ears though. I know I don't use the ground well and haven't figured out what works for me
  6. Don't have one from this day but here's a driver fairly recently
  7. I've actually built a very basic version of this board for my basement so I'm working on it! That finish just doesn't look right and I know the ball is gone but I feel like something is causing that. Maybe it's the lack of pressure shift! I'll keep working at it
  8. Can you point me to something that discusses this?
  9. Curious on thoughts of why I get so bunched up looking at/after impact? Looks like maybe I quit rotating my upper body?
  10. This! Also, Monte advises most if not all of us to let the front heel rise. If you do this... first thought could also be to "slam" this front heel down. I think it naturally will help lower your hips, too. Monte tried several different ques with me but belt buckle down worked the best to get me to: shift pressure, stay in left side bend a touch longer and regain some flexion in my hips. All of those things were/are going on without thinking anything at all about the clubhead or my hands. Worked for me at least. Does Monte have a video or anything on Instagram that goes into this "belt

  12. I like this and will definitely work that into my practice. I do struggle with getting the upper body forward. I don't know how to make it work for me. I worry about getting the head moving with the mass and getting out in front of the ball. Haven't figured out how to do it yet
  13. Yeah I've strengthened it quite a bit from where it was and I really don't know how much more I could strengthen it
  14. Yeah this is something I've added since this video. Seems like when the club gets to parallel to the ground coming down the head kicks out more than it should. Maybe ulnar will do that but IDK I haven't got to take a video since then. The other thing I see is you go low and left a lot. Like you are really focused on it. Arms should extend out and away from you. Looks like you are using your right shoulder going internal and rotation to bring the club around to the left. Can’t tell from Dtl if you are shifting pressure before starting down or rotating from the start. Would look at ho
