  1. If you need to file a complaint do not call nor write a letter. They don't care. They only way to get things to improve is to file a complaint online. They have to follow up on the online complaint whereas a phone call will just result in them writing down your address and contact info. Sure they will ask the carrier what happened with the package but they don't have to pursue it further.
  2. We have a weight limit of 70lbs. Anything over that you have to come in and pick it up yourself.
  3. With the old scanners packages that are scanned at 6:45 or later used to be scanned as attempted even though they never leave the office. With the new scanners you have to scan the 3849 or pink slip showing that you left a notice of it is attempted. Hence the reason for scanning it box blocked, no notice needs to be scanned and they scan all the mistakes all at once. I still dont know how they are allowed to scan 20+ parcels box blocked all at the same time. I hate walking in the next morning and seeing parcels at my case scanned as box blocked at 6 having left work at 3:30.
  4. Thanks just got 24 dollars off a kuro kage xt70.
  5. I've had similar problems. Put a 915 3 wood head on ebay. Buyer filed a claim saying no shaft was included. I put in the title and description head only. My next couple auctions I put in the description do not bid if you don't know how to read.
