Rollercoaster rounds. Whats your story?
beanpod replied to Callaway Man's topic in General Golf Talk
I had a 9 hole excursion in high school that resulted in 6 birdies. I shot a +3, 39. 3 triples mixed in that stretch. -
Some great ideas have been given and I support all of them and your continued efforts in using your passion for golf as a way to advance research for this worthy cause. Good luck with everything and keep us updated. For the record, I'm a fan of the puzzle piece hippo and the name Potamus Golf. It's simple and offers you a chance to tell the story about your startup at every introduction.

Likewise. I came in to peep the Tel3 as I've been on the lookout for one. GLWS and they'll make someone a happy camper. -
I was walking through the PGA Tour SS in Roswell, GA and saw a huge box sitting at the end of the show isle. I looked inside and it was the TW17s. Took one out and looked them over. They look pretty nice in person. I was thinking the velcro would've been a bit much, but not bad at all looking down. Much less obtrusive than the toe swoosh on the LC4s. I couldn't find anyone to answer when they would be on the shelf, no space had been cleared at the time, and how much.

Went and saw the Weezer/Panic at the Disco Summer tour when they stopped in Atlanta at the Lakewood Ampitheatre. Andrew McMahon opened and I was just as excited to see him as I was Weezer. Panic played Bohemian Rhapsody in its entirety and that singalong was awesome. Weezer puts on an amazing show.

These, these, a thousand times these. I live in middle Georgia and it's the best shoe ever for ridiculous heat/humidity. I'd avoid wearing them after a rainy day, but as mentioned, you can feel the breeze through these things. I've gone sockless in them a time or two without a hitch.

Congrats to all you other guys. For the Tuesday folks, maybe we can figure out a way to meet for a GolfWRX pic or something. For the travelers, I'd probably recommend staying somewhere near Atlanta and driving in that morning. It's not a bad drive and you have plenty of course options anywhere in the Atlanta region if your goal is to stay for a few days.

Came here to see if anyone had started one of these yet. I'm in for Tuesday! Congrats to you guys.

Very comfortable shoe. I bought these on a whim one time when I was in need of a pair and didn't want to spend a ton of money. I was quite pleased with their stability, traction, and comfort. I have a wide front foot and the standard width had plenty of room in the front box. I've contemplated buying multiple pairs now for backups or just because.

Thanks so much for all the replies. I'm looking into a round at Colorado National and maybe squeeze one more in somewhere. I'm looking forward to my first venture to the state.

I'll be flying out on the 16th of July and staying for a couple of weeks in Boulder. I'd like to try and play at least twice while I'm there so I'm looking for some good course recommendations. Whatcha guys got?

I love Old South and hope we can visit that one again in October during our annual pilgrimage to the island. For dining purposes, hit up Wise Guys! Enjoy your trip
