  1. Bummer, beyond frustrating. I had a time tomorrow that also got cancelled.
  2. Yes, exact same issue. Thought it was just me. Kind of glad it isn't. I know they cancelled times tomorrow as there is a ton of trees down. I wonder if there was a glitch in the system and they didn't go back online.
  3. Has anyone seen them discounted? I've been looking but haven't seen any deals yet.
  4. Tensei Blue CK 80 HY Stiff. Has Titleist Tip from 818 Hybrid. Measure 39.5 inches without the head installed. Used in 21 degree hybrid. Has GP New Decade Align Grip Price is $50 shipped, CONUS PayPal only.
  5. Not a long term review, but I picked up a pair a few weeks ago and they are extremely comfortable.
  6. Eisenhower Red wasn't in the best shape this morning. The greens are showing the wear of the heat and humidity, tons of ballmarks, etc. The fairways are also spotty in some areas.
  7. I think it's a rough time for golf courses that get a ton of play. The heat and humidity are a tough burden, and these muni courses aren't able to deal with all the play like private courses can. I played Bethpage Red on Friday and some of the tee boxes are pretty worn. It could honestly use a day or two of no play just so the turf can regrow in some spots, but you know that can't happen.

The heat and humidity has been pretty tough lately. > I didn't notice any significant browning on either when I played the red and white last week. There were some patches on the red that I noticed 2 weeks ago but I just figured they were just patches recovering from the damaged greens. I'll prob be playing there again tomorrow and

  10. Has anyone compared the grip on the 360 XT-SL to the spiked version?

The Red Course had major turf problems with the greens the past 2-3 seasons. > I did hear about the greenskeeper who used the wrong chemicals/fertilizer and ruined all the greens from previous posts here. The greens were great, they rolled true and thought they looked healthy and nothing out of the ordinary. I think they've bounced back. I played in May and again in June. There was a huge improvement in between the two dates I played. Happy to hear it worked out for you.

Should have done this a while ago and finally learned that 5:30am through 8am is walkup only. I knew something was weird about not seeing anything through the online reservation system. Do you know my chances of getting on the Red if I show up at 5:30 on a weekday? > > Curious about this too, I would love to play Red early during the week.
  13. Played Crystal Springs at 3:40 on Friday and finished in four hours. I didn't care for the course, however, It seemed gimicky and too much target golf. We played Ballyowen earlier in the day, which was a better course. I still thought the greens were a little too tricked out.
