  1. Just on that alone you have to be a Tiger fan! That's an awesome catch. You can see his right hand lagged just a bit too long in the pickup position, which caused him to shoulder turn a bit more than he probably should have, but he still managed to pull off the follow through to his pocket quite nicely. Years of practice no doubt.
  2. Tiger still got it. Middle of the match and collecting digits. LOL. https://twitter.com/...454180183781376
  3. It's going to be different for everyone. Scenario 1 Most guys I know use golf to get away from their wives. The club is where they can hang out and let loose with their buddies, catch up on work and sports. These guys would probably hate it it their wives also golfed. Scenario 2 Some guys married women who also play, or got their woman into the game. These guys I've met, it's the same every time. While the woman enjoys playing, she doesn't have the same level of desire to play as the guy, so the guys don't seem to get smothered by her always being around the course. Scenario 3 Married g
  4. Very true. Here is a good article on a similar incident in pro baseball, and a breakdown of disclaimers. https://www.insureon.com/blog/post/2014/10/22/baseball-lawsuit-shows-what-happens-when-disclaimers-arent-enough-to-limit-liability.aspx
  5. Is that TM's new official TW logo, or is that TW's new official TW logo?
  6. All golfers? Really? ROFL. More like 1% of golfers, or the 1%ers who golf.
  7. Same thing as always, right? New driver. New marketing term to claim it's longer and straighter because of the new tech built in. People will say it looks (insert driver name) or (insert driver name) and just rebranded, or that they stole the design from another manufacturer. Then everyone points out how golf manufacturers are dead in the water and club tech has gone as far as it can go within the existing rules. And this is just a money another money grab release. Then the naysayers come in and say what are the companies supposed to do, stop coming out with new clubs? Feels lik
  8. ^This. I've seen it quite a few times when a controlling and manipulative woman ends up causing a rift in the space-family continuum. But from his cheating college days and the way his own college teammates and coach called him out, I tend to think he's just a db all around.
  9. I don't think they should be allowed to ask caddies distance, or get help reading putts. This is not a team sport. Rory just needs to play better.

  12. Pro Tour 2.0 Tour Spec 6S at weight of 67. Tired of being last in driving distance. Current off the shelf driver spins too much for my swing and balloons my shots.
  13. Signed up. My trusty putter has seen it's better days and it's time to move on. After 10+ years, it's beat down with a worn grip, dings around the edges, rust, marks, scrapes, and I've lost the cover about 5x. LOL. But we make due with what we have so we can continue to play the game we love. That's how I look at it. :)
  14. I've heard the same thing time and time again over the years. There are literally 1000's of guys around the world that can hit all the shots the regular PGA pros hit. The difference always comes down to what's happening between the ears. Most guys can't handle the pressure and let the nerves get the better of them. And the ones that can't cut it just don't have that super finite focus pro athletes have. Again, this is a generalization that doesn't describe everyone, but seems to be the most common reason I've heard as to why someone can't make it at the pro level.
  15. Never seen this before. It's the ladies tour, so we know it's not for the noise. (rim shot) Seems like it would be very distracting. Cant figure out how to embed video. Click on video link titled: Mi Hyang Lee storms to win ... https://www.usatoday.com/sports/golf/
