  1. Got my invite this AM. Was SUPER slow. Not 100% if it was site or my computer. Huzzah. Now to hide all this merch from the wife.
  2. I have not got my invite yet. You are making me antsy.
  3. BTW I haven’t been here in a while. The forums are a bit...different.
  4. Ok. I was nervous mine got spam filtered or something.
  5. I'm seeing people post stuff from the store online, but I haven't got my link yet. Have you guys got a link?

    Read it Roll itHole it
  7. “I am a good putter” full stop
  8. I like to come here to look at cool putters. Surely there is somewhere else you can go on the interwebs to flex your moral superiority. I didn’t even vote for “you know who” but the cancel playbook is getting tired.
  9. There's probably a more appropriate forum for woke scolding. Edit: You posted this literally 10 minutes after joining the site?
  10. Thanks for the response! We have been there and it serves our purposes well. The only downsides are a) it's 30 min away, and b) walking 9 for our family of 4 is more expensive than 18 at a founders course. That is a great option, but I would love to also find a place that we could get out for a quick outing and let them hit a few even if they weren't playing on every hole.
  11. I have a couple of little guys who can't get enough of hitting balls. I want to encourage them to play (and it's fun for me) but there is not really much in the way of par 3 courses or first tee type stuff down here like where we moved from. Any recommendations for the least busy or kid friendly facilities south of Myrtle Beach? We are down in Pawleys. Thanks.
  12. They are an accessory company that makes a few putters. Not vice versa.
  13. All misses left (or right) are not created equal.
  14. never understood why Original GoLo gets not love. Very underrated imo.
  15. I wasn’t suggesting that strokesgained was a part of C&L. He said he was contracted to design a head for another putter maker before he got into putters himself. Since the heads look so similar to my eye I just speculated that he might have been talking about C&L. I don’t know anything.
  16. Try moving around your eye position.
  17. I tried to track this down a long time ago but never got to the bottom of it. I did hear Rohrs say on a podcast one time that he designed a putter for another maker before he started out on his own. I wondered If this was C&L which sort of became black lab but I don’t have any inside info. They certainly look very similar to my eye. Either way black lab seems to offer tremendous value and SG offers some extra build options. Both guys seem like really good folk.
  18. Ping ZB is a heck of a stick. Swag just released the Ace. Old cameron circa 1. These are all cousins of the coronado you mentioned. Not sure anything exactly matches the JAM.
  19. I've had a DH89 with the tuna #4 (light) milling and one with a deep mill. The click doesn't bother me, but I did find the deep mill with a significantly softer feel(sound). As others have said there are other factors more significant than the material such as ball>grip>milling>material, etc. You have to find the ingredient mix you like I guess. To the OP DH89 is awesome. If you a) want that headshape and b) you want to customize it to the specs and stamps you want, you can't do much better than Byron IMO.

    TP mills

Wow! I’ve normally gone for “anser style” shapes from Mills since they have so many awesome original shapes of their own. This one might have just change my mind. That’s a gorgeous stick.
  21. This is almost certainly true, but I don’t care about the politics of it. The schedule hits Torrey, Pebble, Riviera, then wonk wonk. Not to mention I don’t watch golf to hear traffic and construction in the background. Just crazy.
  22. Can we please take this back to Doral now?
