  4. The stripped Pro Platinum would essentially become an AOP correct? In terms of maintenance, what do you recommend? I've heard it's mainly applying baby oil to it. Is there anything else to it? Yes, it would. To me, it's an AOP with quite a few more stampings. I used baby oil for my Catalinas, but I've read that WD-40 or silicone spray work great...
  5. Since I have a tendency to be pretty OCD and I also like the older carbon heads, so I'd go AOP, then stripped Pro Platinum, and, finally, Studio Stainless. The maintenance issue would never be a problem for me...
  6. I had PP65 grips on a couple of putters once and felt nothing with it. I believe that the PP58 Midsize is the perfect grip for me. That said, I'm using a stock PP60 on a Sigma G putter and it's not too bad...
  7. CFS Distance and the CS Lite are really different animals. The CS Lite is a good shaft, but there is a really high ball flight with them. A smooth tempo is definitely needed to get the most out of them. The CFS Distance is heavier and has a lower flight. It is a variation on the Z-Z65 with descending weight from 3 iron to wedge. The CS Lite is probably a full flex soft while the CFS Distance is about 1/2 flex soft...

  11. I have irons from 1982, 2010, 2014, & 2016. I can shoot the same with any of them...
  12. A couple of times I bought pretty expensive putters (a PLD1 with tungsten weights & a 50th anniversary Scottsdale Anser) that I was hesitant to use and I'll never do it again. Even though I take great care of my clubs, having either one of those in the bag really threw me for a loop and I couldn't bring myself to play them. I sold them quickly out of fear that I'd devalue them in some way. From that point on, I vowed to only buy and play clubs that I'm willing to use on the course...
  13. I'd like to get a driver head cover made with a custom image. Any recommendations are appreciated...
