  3. good to know, thanks. I just ordered a 21 gram weight, plan on adding 4g of hotmelt to keep swingweight the same since it's working so well.
  4. Sounds like a lot of hotmelt. What did you end up doing? Don't they sell a back weight around 20 grams instead of the stock 26g? Going to a 15g weight in back will change dynamics big time i'm guessing...
  5. Pretty sure every 2 grams of headweight equates to 1 swingweight...check me on that but somthing close is the point. The g425 Max head is already heavy at 206 grams...adding 4grams to the head plus some counter balance weight can really change dynamics...need to pay attention to overall club weight too. Counter balance shafts are a good option for the g425 for this reason.

  7. stuff a few cotton balls in it and it mutes it perfectly...add to taste
  8. Sorry, i'm under contract and can't divulge anything on the G435 yet. Nice catch
  9. Odyssey Oworks Black 3T | wh insert | Odyssey SX grip | 34.25" | KBS Tour black shaft
  10. I have had the Ping G425 LST 10* in the bag for a few weeks now. I've had the G400 LST in the bag since it came out, other than a short stint with the Mavrik SZ Triple Diamond which I just didn't agree with. Also tried the G410 LST but numbers were better for me with the G400 LST. Can't believe I can say this, but G425 is impressively stable (didn't think it could get any more stable than the prior G4series drivers...). Sound is similar to me, but I like a bit more muted sound that's easily attainable with a few cotton balls. G425 will stay in my bag for 2021.
  11. been waiting a while for ODY to bring back the wh insert. #5 ring me up please.

  13. Best tees I've found are from berggolf.com ....very reasonable and I've seen several tour pros using these. IG: berggolftees Height, color and thickness are more important than you think haha
  14. Maybe a case of getting used to the new SiM driver? Jason Day is sticking with the M5 (for now at least). Tiger's driving was the best in recent years with the M5, hate to see a switch for contract sake only....
  15. My gamer is a WHP #7 and recently put the Stroke Lab double-bend shaft in it.. Back-up is a Versa 7H with the Exo black shaft....tough to not carry two putters to be honest hah!
