  1. I've used the hot water method, the heat gun method, sanding..... Get one of these reamers, a few spins inside the ferrule, dap of epoxy and they fit just right. BBF&Co will generally tolerate the heating methods better. https://www.golfworks.com/spiral-fluted-reamers/p/gw0115/
  2. Small batch....real deal, not "made for" vs non-small batch. The profiles between the small batch grey vs. PVD are the same. The "made for" versions, I have no clue.
  3. I used the below link on my T100s reshaft. The collars are a bit long. A light sanding and they fit snug and turned down to perfection. https://www.golfworks.com/callaway-collared-355-ferrule/p/bb9051/
  4. .370. I had to shim a TI X100 to fit.
