  1. It’s a great golf course. #18 is an absolute beast especially if the wind is blowing. The Highlands golf course where Discount Dan’s (well known online retailer on this site) is located isn’t that far and it is a fun little 9 hole course that was well maintained when I have played it in the past. I have also heard that Astoria Country Club allows some outside play…at least they use to….might be worth a try too if you plan on playing a lot.
  2. Callaway Mavrik SubZero 9* Driver ***Head Only*** - $170 $160 ***SOLD***shipped/insured. No headcover or wrench. Signs of light wear on the face, sole and crown. A few minor chips at back end of the crown on the underside (not visible at address) that previous owner sharpied in. Used, but not abused. See pics to judge condition yourself. Happy to provide more pics.
  3. I have an epic flash 7 wood and it is so easy to hit.
  4. What lead-time were you given on the ZX5s? Did you end up going with stock lofts? I am thinking about doing the exact same thing and would love to hear your feedback once you get some rounds in.
  5. That was excellent! Thanks for sharing. Can’t wait to be back on property in November.
  6. This. I ordered a gap wedge from ping to match my existing set and the new wedge was just a little longer than the wedge. It was enough to bug me and I didn’t want to add an extension for such a little gap so I regripped the wedge and left a little extra wrap at the butt of the club and that fixed the issue.
  7. I placed an order for a CBX2 wedge with my custom specs back on June 9 online. It’s said something like expect 3-4 weeks, but when I placed a similar order (different loft) in early May it shipped in 3-4 days with the same 3-4 week disclaimer. I called today to check status and was told the satin head in the loft I wanted was out of stock until September. I would think if a new model was getting close to release they wouldn’t be building heads that far out. Seems doubtful we will see a CBX3 before 2022.
  8. Out with the old, so I can bring in the new! Prices include shipping, insurance and PP fees. Continental USA only. Let me know if you have any questions or would like more pictures. Cobra SpeedZone Xtreme Driver – Used for just two rounds and you can’t even tell it has hit a ball. 9* adjustable loft. Graphite Design Tour AD IZ 6X shaft ($200 upcharge)…no special tipping and no extensions. Plays ~45.75.” Replaced Cobra grip w/new Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 White Midsize grip w/a few extra wraps underneath. Headcover included. Priced at $425 ***SOLD***. Callaway Rogue SZ 3+ Fairway Wood – Has not seen many rounds/balls. 13.5* loft. Graphite Design Tour AD DI 7X shaft…no special tipping and not aware of any extensions. Plays ~43.5.” Lamkin Z5 grip w/a few extra wraps underneath. Headcover included. Priced at $215 -> $200. Scotty Cameron Circa 62 Model 2 Putter – This was a gamer purchased from the original owner, who had passed it down to his junior golfer and they had Golf Galaxy remove (& then replace) the grip and shorten from the original 35” to 33.” Will let the pictures speak for themselves, but the face looks and feels great. Original leather grip is worn and I put some black electrical tape around the grip cap as the rubber was peeling from the removal and replacement process. Headcover included. Priced at $200 ***SOLD***. Aldila Rogue Silver 110 MSI X-stiff Driver Shaft – Purchased from CPO a few years back and didn’t see much bag time. 70 gram range and 2.8 torque. Callaway adaptor. Callaway grip. Not aware of any special tipping or extensions. End of grip to end of tip ~44.75.” Priced at $75 -> $65.***SOLD*** Aldila Xtorsion Copper Stiff Driver Shaft – This shaft is excellent paired with the Ping G/G400 lineup. 60 gram range. Ping adaptor (G & G400 models). No special tipping or extensions. End of grip to end of tip ~44.25.” Priced at $75 -> $65. Mitsubishi Tensei AV Raw White X-stiff Driver Shaft – Has just a few rounds of play on it. 65 gram range. Titleist adaptor. Golf Pride Tour Velvet grip. No special tipping or extensions. Callaway Optifit 3 adaptor, so I believe it only works with Epic Flash Fairways, Super Hybrid and Big Bertha 19 Hybrids. 75 gram range. Not aware of any special tipping or extensions. End of grip to end of tip ~42.” Priced at $75 -> $65 ***SOLD*** Mitsubishi Kuro Kage Black Regular Fairway Shaft – Came in a TS2 fairway I purchased and never played the shaft. 55 gram range. 9. Found a set of Ping Eye2 pat pending irons for sale locally, but the dots look like someone filled them in vs the paint from Ping. Are there any records in the system for 12571? Appreciate any help....
  10. My two recent experiences.... 1) purchased a shaft on BST May 11 and shipped from Indiana to Oregon via USPS with a May 15 delivery date/service level. It finally arrived at my local post office over-night and will be delivered today (May 19). 2) purchased a custom wedge from Cleveland on Monday, May10 with the website referencing shipment delays up to 2-3 weeks. Get an email Wednesday, May 12 that it had shipped from California to Oregon with a May 17 delivery date via FedEx Ground. Look on Friday and it is already in Oregon and still references the Monday delivery date. Don't want the wife to see another club delivered on our porch so I liked my chances for Monday. Get a text alert from FedEx Saturday that it delivered! Early! Guess who was home to take it off the porch?
  11. You playing the black or blue currently?
