  1. I did the vertical line on the ball and it is straight up and down on the club face when I strike the ball. So after adjusting lie 3 degrees upright it was the right decision. Now i have to figure out why I hit the ball toward the toe in the exact same spot every time. The ball path is actually very nice with a very slight draw. Obviously if i was able to strike the ball in the center of the club face the results should be a whole lot better?

  3. They say when you bend a club lie upright it creates a draw and the opposite when bending the lie flat. Shouldn't it not matter which way you bend the lie just as long the end result is the club head sits parallel or flush to the ground through the swing??
  4. My Irons are at 2 degrees up. After a range session on the green turf mats my irons show the green scuff mark from the center sole of the club head to the end of the toe. I hit the ball generally straight, with a slight draw at times. But Im wondering if Im losing performance because of the lie angle? And if not bending the lie more upright what would be the main swing flaw that creates hitting the ground on the toe side. Thanks
  5. Since my irons are 2° up, which manufacturers would benefit me with Fairway Woods. I'm assuming I wouldn't want to buy a fairway wood that is on the flat side. Or are they all similar.
  6. Do you think you would get more distance out of a 7-wood compared to a 4-iron? Since they have similar Lofts.
  7. I have a 19 degree hybrid and a 15 degree 3 wood, do you think I could squeeze a 5-wood in between?
  8. I didn't realize hybrids in general promote a hook which I battle with my 3 hybrid. So you feel a 7-wood or a 5 wood or both would be a better option?
  9. Too bad during this pandemic I can't get fitted for a 5-wood so wondering what combination would work with a driver swing speed of 105.
  10. I use a 3 hybrid but wondering if there is a benefit of also having a 5-wood in the bag. My hybrid often puts me in the left side rough, carries about 225. Appreciate the input.
  11. I have read that adjusting Loft also changes the LIE, like I said it's hard to find any information on the Max when it comes to adjustments.
  12. I'm having trouble finding information on adjusting the driver. I have the Ping g400 Max 9 degree driver, if I bump it up to 10 degrees does that put it in a fade bias?, also does it flattened the LIE out? And by flattening the LIE out does it help straighten the ball flight if your drawing the ball too much. I saw a vague video on YouTube that's sort of stated these things but it definitely was not clear. Thanks for your help.
  13. What is your perspective on Puring shafts, does it actually improve performance?
  14. The violent whipping, snapping and bending of shafts, I wonder how mechanically and structurally strong shafts are to handle the abuse over time. Also, the process of Puring shafts, is it worth it, does it actually help the performance and stability. ?
