  1. The 5 star mat seems good and it would just be in my garage only. The Wittek Quattro mat for $425 and free shipping also seems to be a good mat for the price, maybe a better version of the 5 star. Hard to justify paying anything more than these for fiberbuilt or true strike since I'm just using it my garage. Think I'm just going to try to figure out how to decide between the Quattro and 5 star mat. Fiberbuilt performance turf 4x6' for $679 or hourglass 5x5' for $550 seem a bit much for those. Either way glad I've read enough about CCE to stay away from that.
  2. This looks so tempting for the 4x5' one since it's on sale for $235 with free shipping. Seems too good to be true. Anyone hit this mat and the CCE or fiberbuilt turf (not grass) able to compare them?
  3. https://fiberbuiltgolf.com/collections/shop-all/products/square-performance-turf-tee-box?variant=31959377018962 Is anyone using this mat? How is it for the price? The grass one is good but I'm not sure I like how plush it is. There is also a 4x6 that is a little cheaper that would also work
  4. I saw the divot action on mr. short game's video as well and looked good. The monster mat for around $360 has me looking as well since it's just going in my garage. Just don't see too many reviews for the monster mat but does look good.
  5. How does the fiberbuilt performance turf mat compare to the CCE mat? Looking at buying the 5x4 or 5x4 mat for my garage. The grass fiberbuilt seems to be in it's own category and is clearly better for reducing strain on your body, but wondering more on the other fiberbuilt one that looks more like the CCE. Does the turf fiberbuilt one have issues with the fat shots because that seems to be more with the grass version.
  6. Amazon has the same grass one on sale for $720 so might go with that
  7. I've been using a cheap $80 thin turf mat on some foam interlocking pads for the past year but it's beat up so looking to buy something durable that I can hit all clubs on in my garage. Have only really been hitting wedges and short irons on my cheap mat. Trying to decide between the Fiberbuilt turf series or grass series of these ones below. Anyone have an opinion on which of the grass vs turf they prefer? I've never used either. I prefer the square shape but don't see why it's so much more expensive. Is the grass version worth the upgrade for a smaller mat? For the grass version can you hit off the stance portion as well? -performance turf square 5x5 is $719 -performance turf rectangle 4x6 is $679 -performance turf hourglass 5x5 is $550 -performance grass hourglass 4x5 is $799
  8. 1. Your closest Club Champion location? Winston Salem, NC 2. Would you like to win a Driver or Putter Package? Driver package 3. Did you follow Club Champion on Twitter? Yes 4. How would a Club Champion Driver or Putter package help your game? Was not fit for my current setup, would see what could be optimized comparing new shaft/head/loft
  9. Forget when I sent mine back over the summer but I had ordered originally through discount dan's so they got it set up for me to send back. I just emailed them and they gave me a shipping address to Titleist. Was a 2-3 week turnaround at the time for just the head when I shipped it out.
  10. How is the finish holding up on the T100 for everyone? JPX 919 Tours I had looked amazing at first with the more brush finish but started to look pretty dull after only a few weeks.
  11. Really like these 223s and might have to order up a test iron when these are out. Don't like the Mizuno Pro written out like that but otherwise these look really good.
  12. 1. City, State? Winston Salem, NC 2. Handicap? 2.0 3. Current hybrid or fairway wood? Titleist 816H2 19 deg 4. Why do you want to test the Callaway Epic Super Hybrid? I mostly hit my hybrid from the tee or into longer par 5s. This looks like a good option from the tee and I've been in the market for a new hybrid. 5. Do you agree to take high quality photos, write an in-depth review, and be part of an on-going testing thread? Yes
  13. Well you can't even order these either because they're already all sold weeks before the actual release date and listed for 2x the cost.
  14. I play PX 6.5 in my irons but have a spare 7 iron I put a 6.5 LS in for a few weeks. Basically threw a bunch of balls down and hit a ton into greens between the two. I think the reg PX probably peaked just a few yards higher and flew a few yards further. Spin was about the same as far as both balls staying a foot or so from the ball marks on softer greens. I was no fan of the feel of the LS and was expecting a bit lower spin and few yards extra distance but didn't pan out on course. Never tested them on trackman. My driver ss is 120-122 and I'm a fairly high spin player that hits it high so was hoping for better results with the LS. LS was really similar to the X7 for me just the obvious weight difference.
  15. My research shows a difference of $316 per head
  16. Tested about 10 types of grips this year but still love the Golf Pride MCC midsize red/black
  17. 1. Must subscribe to Club Champion's YouTube channel HERE - Subscribed 2. Search for your local Club Champion location HERE - Done 3. What Club Champion location would you get fit at? - Winston Salem, NC 4. Have you been fit for clubs before? Yes - old set of irons in the past and driver shaft 5. What part of your bag could use a fitting? Putter, long iron/hybrid and shaft, wedges
  18. I've been wanting something exactly like this for a very long time. Unfortunately people will buy these up before they hit retail somehow and then they'll pop up here and ebay for 2x the cost which is already high.
  19. I absolutely love the DF in my driver so don't see the PD replacing it but does keep sounding like a good fit for my 3 wood. Need a more low/low in my 3 wood the DF is launching a bit too high for my liking since I mostly hit it off the tee. Need something closer to the VB for my 3 wood. VB wasn't a good fit for my driver even swinging 122-123mph.
  20. What do you find different with these T100 vs 19' model?
