  1. 1. City and State? Halethorpe, MD 2. Handicap? 2.3 3. What ZX iron set do you want to test? ZX7 3. Are you able to test equipment on a golf course with one week of its receipt? YES, my club is less than 2 miles from my house with indoor sim as well. 4. Current Iron setup? Srixon z765 4-P w/ PX 6.5 5. What is the most exciting thing about the ZX irons? Having played srixon irons for the last few years, specifically z765, I'm excited to see how the perimeter weighting/overall weight distribution has changed in the ZX7. 6. Do you agree to participate in an ongoing te
  2. I think if you are completely lost on what works from a wedge standpoint then an outdoor fitting is the only way to go. If, for instance, you got new irons and are looking to maintain correct gapping and/or want to experiment with different wedge shafts, maybe the same as your irons, then an indoor fitting works perfectly fine.
  3. Does anyone here have any recommendations or know of any specific pullovers, quarter zips, or even sweaters with a front pouch. Brand doesn’t necessarily matter but I’ve realized that The majority of my layers are without pockets and I really like the front pouch for hot hands. I know Footjoy makes their sweater fleece pullover which is what I’m looking for, just not for their $170 price tag.
  4. Game of choice for my group is usually 10/10/20 nassau with inner foursome Vegas. With 3-4 groups it gets interesting and you can win/lose a little or win/lose a lot. Season-long we do a birdie bet like you mentioned, 1st to birdie every hole wins (all birdies must be attested, no gimmies). We don't put money on this one but we all go out to dinner at a restaurant of the winner's choosing with the wives and the winner/wife gets meal, drinks, whatever paid for. Season-long mega bonus: Can be adjusted based on handicap and score but about 8 of us have a handicaps wit
  5. Only way to know for sure is to weigh the two heads together. If the two heads are the same weight, then all else is will be the same. If the sm7 is lighter, use tip weights or lead tape to get it there. If the sm7 is heavier, remove any existing tip weight or port it to remove weight. Enjoy the sm7s!
  6. I won't pretend that I know anything about altitude or it's effect on anything, and as stated above the camera angle isn't going to work for a solid analysis. Regardless, your spin and max height numbers, along with the dynamic loft show you're delivering too much loft at impact causing that crazy amount of spin and the height.
  7. 1. City, State? Halethorpe, Maryland 2. Handicap? 2.6 3. Current driver setup? Taylormade M5 9* with Tensei Pro White 60-TX 4. What KBS TD wood shaft do you want to win? Category 5 (TX) 60g 5. Why do you want to win a KBS TD shaft? Not only do they look phenomenal but I am intrigued by the lighter/stronger aspects of the shaft line while being able to keep spin down. 6. Would you be open and honest about your swing with an expert from KBS? Absolutely!
  8. I may be in the minority on this opinion, but if my club suddenly decided to start charging the membership to use our sims by the hours I wouldn't see that going too well. I think your ideas of a league are good where an entry fee, food, drinks, etc. can generate revenue. With the software you can easily do 3-4 person scrambles, I would cap it at 9 holes for time purposes. Just have all the teams sign up for a specific time during the week and complete the 9 holes. Lowest total score at the end of the 4-5 weeks wins.
  9. I'm exceptionally frustrated here as well. I recently sold some items on the BST and shipped 3 items (driver shaft, jacket, iron shaft pulls) out on 12/2 and a 4th item (driving iron) on 12/3. The first 3 items were all dropped off and paid for at the same time. The shaft pulls have arrived at their location in Florida, the jacket is heading to North Carolina and is late, and the driver shaft shows it hasn't even been scanned in. How the hell does that even happen!? The driving iron was being shipped 40 miles away and hasn't moved since the day it was scanned.
  10. It's really going to depend on how susceptible you are to feel. Obviously length increase can effect total club weight, swing weight (if you are looking to take full swings), and even your set up to the ball. It sounds like you are already comfortable with the extra length from your current 56 so it shouldn't be an issue for you. Personally, I play my gap and sand at +.5" and my lob at +.25" and don't feel any effects, just a personal preference based on how I swing (and a fitting).
  11. I've used both 2nd Swing and the GG in Columbia with great success for trimming shafts, pulling/switching adapters, and anything else that typically has to do with graphite that I don't have the ability to do myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use either business again.
  12. Not only are you correct but I was completely unaware of that for the last two years. Iron play in that time turned into a strength and now I play irons at +1/2" lol.
  13. A few items up for grabs today. Hopefully the pictures and descriptions are sufficient but if more are needed or if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out and I'll do my best to help out any way I can. Will ship to the US lower 48. All prices are shipped and OBO within reason. I'm not really looking for much by way of trade but the worst I can say is no, and since it's the holiday season I'll say it nicely . 1. Ping Norse Primaloft Fully Insulated. Size Medium. Navy Color. NWT - SOLD I bought a large last year and it was too big and I picked up this mediu
  14. RTX4 x-low has 3 degrees of bounce. Really liked this wedge on tight lies and in general because I'm more of a sweeper but as far as stated bounce is concerned I felt it was more accurate than say the vokey L grind, which still has a raised leading edge when open.
