  1. I have about as thin a grip as you can have on the anser2 with the insert. I don’t know if that’s the problem but I do feel my grip being super uncomfortable, but honestly everything is uncomfortable right now for whatever reason. Just have zero feel for the putter right now so I can’t tell what the problem is.
  2. What is your current gamer putter? Old hand me down Anser2 that I’ve had since the early 2000s. How can Cleveland's SOFT face technology help your putting? Really struggling with consistent striking so I think it will help with offcenter strikes. What is your favorite Cleveland Huntington Beach SOFT Premier putter? love the look of the 11, and want to try a mallet. If you win, do you agree to write a review on Cleveland's website? Absolutely.
  3. I was hoping to try a more mallet type putter. I have a super old Anser 2 and just have absolutely no control or touch anymore (not the putters fault), and feel super uncomfortable with it. I don't want to spend the money to go get fitted. I saw on "another site" that the Wilson Staff Infinite "The L" tested very well. I wanted to see what other putters people thought I should look at in the sub $150 range (the lower the better). Does anyone have any suggestions for other putters to look at? I heard that the O works #7 might be worth a look. There's just so many options and right now it se
  4. Generally like the software, but I wish you could delete comments made on accident.
  5. Is this one of those things where they’re pretty much all the same or are there some better than others? Seems like a stupid detail but Anyone have any recommendations for replacing some spieth 4 cleats that are torn up? Was looking at the UA tornado cleats soft spike has but that’s just because they’re the same exact cleats on there now. Are there better options out there?
  6. So I’m dumb and posted this in the Nike Blades topic from long ago but thought I’d get a better answer to this here. I’m really curious. I was just looking at the malt by playability factor rankings from Nike (was thinking of trying to go Koepka and get a vapor fly, not pro 3 iron) and noticed that the VR TW blades were almost in the game improvement category for playability. Are they really that easy to hit as blades? I just thought that was interesting.

  8. But it does so in a way that doesn’t make you change the actual WAY you swing. It just changes the way the club moves relative to the ball. You take the exact same swing at it if that makes sense just your setup changes the way the club interacts with the ball...
  9. But it’s not changing your swing mechanics though. It allows you to keep the exact same swing mechanics and manipulate other variables to get the shot shape. Low high is different because you need swing differences there but left right guys will tell you to try to alter your swing to get your club path in to our or out to in.
  10. So I was really curious, I have been getting more into golf and am starting to try to shape shots more consistently. When you hear about shot shaping, a lot of the youtube guys will talk about club path and angle of attack and use a lot of physics to describe what you need to do with the ball and your club path to get it to draw/fade go higher/lower. But When you hear the pros talk about it (i've seen videos with Ricky Fowler/Mickelson), it seems like they just simplify it and more than adjusting their swing, they've simplified it and adjusted their setup to make their swing work for them. So
  11. Do these things still starving up today? I’ve been looking at getting a cheaper set of used SM7s but came across a BLIII and the 59 degree you mentioned for super cheap (like 50 total) and in somewhat decent shape and wondering if it would be worth it go with that or just try to get a cheap set of used vokeys.
  12. In! Desperately need new wedges, this would be a nice bonus!
  13. Gotcha. I know they aren't going to fix anything, but just hoping to be a little straighter off the tee if possible. I'm getting there in terms of figuring out the swing after making some changes, but I'll take all the help I can get haha, I got the USA imprint balls when they had them last week and decided to try the blacks out after I liked the X's.
  14. I've been playing MTB-X and really like them so far. I'm just getting back into golf after only playing a few times every year (have played probably 10 times in the last few months, and have been at the range consistently, love working on my swing). Recently I've been combating a lottle bit of a slice, and since it's a little bit unclear, wanted to see if the black would work better for me than the X? I don't know if the lower spinning part is just on the Irons or if it carries over to the driver too? And before anyone asks, I'm working on the slice, not just hoping the ball will fix it, but
  15. Yeah I definitely plan on giving them a shot. I hit them pretty well at the range and was figuring them out but I played HORRIBLY out on the course yesterday (it wasn’t the irons fault I just played like trash). I’ll keep trying to play them, and hopefully I’ll be able to figure them out at some point.
