  1. Yeah, he definitely has style and good taste on clothes that never is "in" or goes out of style. Classic good looks.. My pick as well.
  2. My Dad had his greatest hits album when I was a kid and used to listen to it. Now my 15 yo daughter has it on her iPhone. He had a great range with his voice and man could he sing! And one last song
  3. Member at two clubs, one private and one public. Private is no initiation, $300/month including $50 food minimum. Pool, tennis, nice restaurant and course. Cart and green fee $25. Range pass $20/month. Under 16 play free. Public is $600/year. Strictly a Golf Club. Decent enough course. Range pass $200 year. Cart and green fee $20. Under 16 play free with parent. And yes, Georgia is full so don't move here!!
  4. I'll take a crack at it. Maltby TS-1. Ha. Just saw the right answer above from Cwik, it a Cleveland.
  5. That was a stock pic but it was a Blue Max way back in '78 when I was 14. Thought I would show a pic of the old timey balls. Nice dimple design lol.
  6. A guy brought me an Odyssey 2 Ball srt putter to re-shaft. After he left I took it to my shop and noticed that the hole is extremely large and the shaft is way to small. There is no post, just hole in the head to insert the shaft. I assume that there is a hosel insert or a special ferrule for this putter as pics show some type of ferrule or o ring. Any help is appreciated as I didn't see anything at Golfworks or Billy Bob's.

  8. Locally, Tif Eagle and old Tif Dwarf. The new Bermudas are really nice, the old Dwarf not so much, super grainy and slow.
  9. You can buy this from GolfWorks or just piecemeal the tools as you go. But it is a pretty good list for reference. You can find some of these at Harbor Freight or big box retailers if you go the piecemeal route. Some stuff you will need to buy from GolfWorks or other golf specific suppliers. https://www.golfworks.com/the-golfworks-total-shop-set-up-kit/p/gw2021/
  10. This is the only training tool for the full swing that I thought really works. I'm a former Class A professional and wish I could have had it for my students. My two teenage sons have used this with great success and I highly recommend it. EyeLine Golf Speed Trap 2.0
  11. Second the Karma velvets. Just as good as GP imo.
  12. Here's a pretty good vid from a fellow Wrxer.
  13. IMO, I would try a power washer starting at low power levels to see what gives the best result and use with a mold and mildew product or a small amount of bleach. They actually make a specialized broom for these. You will probably need to replace some of the sand or pellets and top it off to get it to a decent speed after removing all the junk from the surface. Or keep calling different companies and hopefully get a decent person to help.
  14. you are looking for collared ferrules .355. Just type that into your search engine.
  15. This: It's a great aid for anyone who wants to improve their swing. 16. Yeah, my mileage does vary. Simple enough start with the bottom first. Easy peasy.
  17. After lining up the logo these will keep the head and shaft from moving. https://www.golfworks.com/golf-mechanix-head-to-shaft-drying-clip/p/gm1035/ "Once the club head and shaft have been assembled with epoxy, position one clip over the shaft and the other clip over the hosel. With the drying clips in place, ensure that shaft graphics are oriented as intended and that the ferrule is flush with the hosel. Minor adjustments of the shaft and head can be made with the drying clips in place. Remove clips once the epoxy has securely set. Keeps logo/spine aligned to target Keeps loose shafts centered inside hosel Prevents gaps between ferrule & hosel Sold individually for single club use
  18. Haven't spent $$ on new equipment this year....yet!
  19. Here's what I would do but do as you want. 1. check the lies and lofts of two clubs-all if you like to make sure they are correct. 2. Take one iron and get it bent 1 degree flat and 1 weak. ex. 6 iron 3. Take another iron and do the same but at two degrees flat and weak. ex. 7 iron Compare them and see if one suits you better. Easy to do and if you don't like them easily undone.

  21. If you look closely, the stand actually has a place to stand on so your own weight keeps it steady. Not quite as good as mounted but definitely can bend what you need to. On harder steel like old Pings, I've had to have my son stand on it with me to get enough leverage. But that is the odd case out.
  22. No none. You can bolt it to the floor if you want. I have to move it sometimes which is nice but my area didn't allow me to mount it to a bench. You can always mount it later if you want to.
  23. Buy one of these and let us know how it works out. But I'm sure it's not recommended. https://www.golfworks.com/straight-fluted-hand-reamer-370/p/gm1535/
  24. "When golf strictly becomes a hobby, what keeps you motivated to play?" My Wife. Ok, somebody had to say it!
