I was planning to combo these with different long irons, but changed my mind. Standard length and lie, lofts are 1 degree strong (so 8 = 37*, 9 = 41*, and PW = 45*) Shafts are MMT 95 stiff, and built to a D3 swing weight, with black/purple Golf Pride grip

What you mentioned is really what makes the most difference to me. As an average golfer, the length matters. My current gamers have traditional lofts, and I agree it's much easier for me to hit newer clubs that have similar lofts, but are 1" shorter in length.
