  1. I'd probably have to say watch collecting is my most expensive hobby. I think I spent close to 100K on watches last year....that was an absolute gut check and decided to spend more time and money on golf....which would be more enjoyable.
  2. I feel that the f9 is up to snuff with the rogue. i wouldn't say it is faster although it could be if it fits you better. But i would say you should get very similar numbers on similar swings. So the F9 is not much of an upgrade from the Rogue then, meaning, not enough to outperform the Rogue? I'm getting a really good deal on a F9 but if it doesn't really make that big of an impact to knock it out of my bag, I'll save some money....
  3. Looks like the Cobra F9 Speedback from the back........
  4. Is the difference that noticeable going from a F8 to a F9?
  5. Hi, selling my Aldila Rogue 125 Tour S with COA. 65gram, stiff. Played it for a season or so.... gripped with Iomic and tipped with Callaway tip. Plays 45" installed and no tipping. Certificate of authenticity from Aldila included... 155.00 shipped..... Please DM....thanks
  6. Up for sale is a Nardo Grey Cobra F8 with Attas Coool 5S (stiff), plays to a 45" w Iomic Grip. Includes headcover. Played 2 rounds with it and absolutely love the combo. I was gifted another F8 from a friend who is clearing out his stash and thought to put mine up for sale (better condition than his). MINT condition... No trades at this time.... 375.00 OBO.... Please DM ... Thanks for looking!
  7. Up for sale is a JDM Bridgestone XD7 Driver with Oban Tour Limited shaft 0604 (68 grams, stiff) with GP Grip. Played 2 rounds with it. Comes with headcover. JDM model is a glued version and does not have the adaptor sleeve. Not tipped and plays to a 45" $450.00 shipped May consider a trade for a driver. Looking for something similar to a Kiyoshi Purple in stiff with a Titleist, Honma, Callaway, ... Sorry, I don't have the firepower as most folks have here on WRX so I gotta play within myself...

  9. Which Kiyoshi did you find you liked best? I do think the Devo is pretty underrated. As far as KK's go.. I've only had a relatively decent amount of time with the XM, which is a great shaft. I'm personally an Oban guy because the feel seems to be in the right places, for me. It's enough to keep you from over swinging, but certainly never anything that gives you the thought of it being lose. They've all been flat out performers for me. Same for GD AD shafts. Some aren't a perfect fit, but none of them are ever bad. All in all, it sounds like you'd be looking for something with a moderate
  10. Stuart - Great questions.... Unfortunately, I'm not very good with data at all.. I'm more of a feel type of guy...... and based on your response, certainly seems that are nuances for each shaft to dial it in. Lot's of homework for me to figure this out.... I see you're in NH... how's your first day of snow? I work up in Hamptons and the drive up from Boston today was interesting to say the least....
  11. The Devo is a very underrated shaft... I actually loved the feel of the Devo more than I did the Kiyoshi, but the ball flight on the Kiyo was prime for me.... The KK Silver Dual Core would be an interesting choice...just reading up on it and might be something to consider....
  12. hmmmmm.... Interesting.... might have to take a look at that....
