  1. TM Spider X. I just know this is the one......
  2. City, State: Swarthmore, PA Handicap: 5 Current Irons: mizuno mp-32 Do you agree to be part of a GolfWRX Member review thread for Ben Hogan PTx PRO irons and add you review, photos, stories and updates? Yes
  3. He was a DG guy before going to the c-tapers. Not sure if it was x-100 or s-400, though
  4. mp-32s in bag since 2005. Other irons have tried to knock them out permanently, but all have failed thus far.
  5. What vintage might the Izett be? Do not really know but I think you can still call Izett in Ardmore PA with the SN and can get info. I think they still are in business I live nearby and can confirm that Izett is definitely still in business.
  6. Thanks all for your replies. I was initially trying to preserve the ferrules but since abandoning that was able to remove the heads with a good bit of torch heat.
  7. Teevons -- Thank you for your reply. I see no evidence that they have been pinned. I'll give it another go this evening.
  8. Given the number of views and lack of responses, perhaps this question is better posed on the club tech forum? If so, would a Mod please move this question to that forum? Thanks!
  9. I tried to search this topic but came up empty. Has anyone reshafted Cleveland Byron Nelson 68.3 irons? Looks to me like just epoxy, but I’ve not been able to get the heads to budge after a good amount of torch heat. I regularly pull iron heads and have run across stubborn heads in the past but nothing like this. Anything special needed to pull these iron heads or just more elbow grease? Also, anyone know if these take .370 or .355? Thanks!
  10. I put any new acquisitions on the lie and loft machine and set to "factory" specs -- or as close to those specs as I can find. My club has a lie and loft machine so I take them over there and do it myself -- the specs are usually way off. Recently checked sets include: Redlines Apex 92 Ft Worth Apex PC Personals Anyone sensing a pattern?
  11. Swarthmore, PA Zgrip align standard Started using zgrip last season and love the heavy cord but started to look seriously at the align technology. Now that it’s available in my preferred grip, it’d be great to test them and provide a thorough review.
