1. Thanks to everybody here for your support. Part of the reason the resale value has been low is that we have given big discounts to professionals and they sell them cheap. If we do make a professional a putter we will be putting their name or initials on it so they can't sell it. I'm working with Austin (leftygolfer15) to make sure we keep doing the right things so collecting isn't so risky. We want you guys to be happy with your purchases and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. Mike
2. Tony doesn't have a club contract. He's playing what he wants. If and when he does sign a club contract half of that contract goes to Nike. Part of the deal all Nike staffers have. he is still using Piretti.
3. Me too! Not easy out there competing against other companies paying for putters in play. We'll get there though. 2 in play this week. Hopefully 2 more next week.
4. Totally different set and design. Those were made from a different forging house. We still have pros using them that love them, but it is for better players. Played more like a blade than cavity back.
5. That's what I was thinking....but then he chimed in with the longer irons being the same length which makes me think there at least had to be some design tweaks. my guess is the tweak could be easily made to the die as long as the basic design aren't altered too much. Bad guess. To get the 6-3I all the same weight can't be done by altering the die. How many different looking MB's do people think are out there...? Without seeing most of them in hand, you're looking at very similar clubs all over the place. I love the concept with the longer irons! I played a set a couple seasons ago

7. any plan to offer a raw set ? and any chance if i buy some you could send over that copper anser shaped beauty thats pictured in the other thread ???? We can do a raw set. Every set of irons we do is made by hand and built to spec. No weights in hosels to throw off the balance of the club. You get what you pay for with us or other manufacturers.
8. Similar, but not the same head. Geotech uses another forging factory.
9. Thanks for the kind words! These irons were designed as dual length meaning the PW-6I are standard length and the 6-3I are all the same length. They can be made to match any swingweight without adding weight in the hosel. One piece Japanese forging from Fujimoto Japan. I'd put the feel and performance of these up against anything out there.
10. One more thing. When the OP called in he was upset saying there was no way the headweight was as advertised. Nate told the buyer he could pull the head and weigh it if he didn't believe the putter was 375 grams. It sounds to me like he went about it the wrong way telling us his putter wasn't the weight he purchased. Most companies, if dealt with in a professional manner, are willing to work to make a customer happy. That's my experience anyway. Mike
11. dubogey, I'm not sure who you talked to, but if the putter is in new condition we do accept returns. If the putter has been used and it shows signs of use we do not accept returns. I'm happy to help you get a putter you're satisfied with. We did have a posted return policy on our site, but it was being taken advantage of. We had people shipping back putters that were used and abused wanting a refund and then threatening to go the BBB if we didn't issue a refund. It's sad that those kind of people are out there and ruin it for the rest of us, but I feel we are a pretty easy company to wo
12. Thanks for your business! Hope you enjoy the putter. Mike
13. This season has been unbelievable for Piretti and I just wanted to say thanks to our loyal followers! You guys are what makes WRX the best! Hopefully next year we will see even better results on the tour. Mike Johnson
If you were to ask Mike Johnson of Piretti, he would tell you that Kenny gave Mike 2 or 3 designs to get Mike started, hence the resemblance to Piretti.
Tim, you have that wrong. I actually gave Kenny 2 designs and he had a guy in California mill and finish those two designs for me. Those two models were the Teramo PN and Teramo CS which were both blade/anser style putters. Made 25 of eac
