  4. My favorite aspect about this instruction video (which I purchased and viewed earlier today)? It actually reinforces the primary swing thought(s) that I have on the days that I'm hitting the ball well and scoring well. In particular, keeping my back/shoulders turned as long as possible really helps to get me in a nice, flowing rhythm and to produce max compression and a sweet baby draw.
