  1. I've used this twice at the range and it's basically brand new. I still have all of the original packaging and batteries are good to go. Remote and everything else is included. Asking $225 shipped to continental US.
  2. I was recently at a GolfTec and was able to see my numbers for the first time since purchasing new irons. I am a scratch golfer who played college a few years back. I have always relied on my ball striking to score well, and have been having a tough time feeling good with my new irons, even when hit well/playing well. In terms of a question, I am wondering if any of you who are experienced tinkerers/number guys could help fill me in on my numbers below. I was recently fitted into a set of Taylormade p760s with modus 120x shafts (3-P), 1 degree flat, 0.5 degree weak. I love the iron heads but I am having a tough time feeling comfortable with these shafts. (previously using 714 ap2s with DG TI AMT X100, 3-P) The 8 iron was not a great strike, 7 and 6 felt solid, but shortish compared to my old irons when playing outdoors. Flight seems a bit high when playing outdoor or outdoor practicing. Compared to my ball speed, launch, spin etc, do you think these shafts are working effectively for me.. or perhaps any recommendations on which number/potential shaft options I could look into. Thanks so much for any feedback! (carry distances) 7 and 8 irons distances were probably closer to 160 and 170 but still short high and spinny feeling.. 8 iron 7 iron 6 iron ballspeed 110 119 125 launch 23 22 18 height 38 43 41 spin 7974 7047 5999 distance 150 167 186 Didn't have a photo for club head speed but 6 iron was 88-91.
  3. I really want something cheap that tells spin accurately or attack angle or both.

  5. Hey, I'm interested in the swing caddie and mobile launch monitor and considering it for my practise sessions. However, i'm not sure whether i'm able to gain any useful information and improvements from the data, or if it's only really going to benefit fitters, pros and peope who in depth understand the numbers it's producing. Does anyone have experience with the swing caddie and being able to self improve your swing, dispersion, consistency etc? I've never taken a golf lesson before, recently i enjoy finguring out for myself what i'm doing wrong or taking on board the occassional input from people i play with or some passing comments. I'd like to continue to improve by myself, but i'm not sure whether it's worth investing 500EUR to get the SC300, or if the cheaper 200EUR SC200 could also be a benefit. It could also be that based on feedback i don't need one at all and just need to practice and figure out my swing. I'm anticipating or expecting that from the numbers, i'll be able to determine if i'm hitting the ball well, if i'm swinging from the outside in, from inside out, or if i'm coming down too steep on the ball or too much round with the body, for example. The mobile launch monitor also looks ideal, with built in swing recorind, but it's not yet developed for Android until the middle of next year.
  6. I am currently researching golf simulators/launch monitors and there are quite a few options in terms of software and a few options for launch monitors. I have been looking at the SkyTrak and OptiShot 2. Obviously, the Optishot 2 is the cheaper option, but is it worth going the cheaper route to get started or go for the gold and go for the SkyTrak or even the GC2? Anybody have a setup that they like or would recommend? Also, any recommendation for golf net, golf mat, and projector screens are also welcome.
  7. Has anyone compared the SC300 side to side with a more accurate launch monitor and noticed the launch and peak height is off? Over the last few weeks I have been hitting into a net a lot and getting some very strange launch angles and peak heights, especially with short irons and wedges (ie 40+ degree launch with a jpg 919 forged p wedge and kbs c taper shafts). Unfortunately these results are not outliers but are quite consistent. I’ve also noticed the occasional skull that shoots along the ground registers with 18 degrees of launch and 80+ feet peak height which makes me think I can’t trust the monitor at all. My distances on these clubs are also coming up way short and I’m wondering if this is a problem with the machine and if there are any fixes. Thanks!
  8. This may be considered a dumb question--i have an SC200 Swing Caddie, which i can only use at the driving range off mats. Does it matter that i'm only using crappy range balls and off of a mat? Is the distance going to be somewhat accurate as to what it would be on the course?
  9. Parting ways with my Flightscope xi tour. Asking $5000 + $55 shipping within the lower 48 o.b.o. PayPal only! Not interested in any trades. Everything works great. The unit is running the most current firmware and will receive future updates without having to transfer ownership through Flightscope. There are no annual subscriptions needed and this works indoor with as little as 16 feet or tracks the full flight of the ball outdoors. There are also several simulation software suites compatible with this including JNPG, es16, & Creative Golf 3D. Happy to answer any questions you have or share any other pictures of this or the data in the Vx App. It connects with the iPad apps that can be purchased for $10 and gives you all the following data points: **Ball Launch & Flight** Ball Speed Vertical Launch Angle Horizontal Launch Angle Vertical Descent Angle Smash Factor Spin Rate Spin Axis Carry Distance Roll Distance Total Distance Lateral Landing Apex Height Flight Time Shot Dispersion Skills Distance to Pin Skills Score **Club & Swing** Low Point Club Speed Club Speed Profile Club Acceleration Profile Face to Target Face to Path Dynamic Loft Angle of Attack Club Path Spin Loft Vertical Swing Plane Horizontal Swing Plane
  10. Hi GolfWRX! We are moving to the Midwest from Southern California, and we are going to have much more room in the house. My wife has agreed to let me build a home Golf simulator in the basement. Does anyone have experience in doing this for a good price? I know that SkyTrack is probably the way to go for the equipment, but also considering GC2. Has anyone built an enclosure themselves?
  11. Have a swing caddie sc100 shot swing speed radar device. Tells you ball speed, swing speed, yardage, smash factor & more! This thing is awesome, I'm just selling it because I got the newer SC200 as a gift so no need. This includes the carry bag, the device, and the remote control. I even took a side by side test to show how accurate it was when i took it to the range! Looking for $170 shipped.
  12. I found a used set of P790's at Golf Galaxy yesterday so I grabbed a few balls and started hitting. Now I know these clubs are a little lower spinning due to the lofts, but I was getting spin rates in the low 4000's with the 7 iron. I grabbed a mizuno mp18 SC, my current gamer, and hit some shots and found the same result. I definitely am a higher spin player. When I hit a green, my ball is rarely more than 5 feet from the pitch mark with my irons. Have any of you seen this with launch monitors at Golf Galaxy? I don't want to say that they are rigging them, but I have a hard time believing they are accurate based on those iron shots.
  13. $475 OBO, including shipping to CONUS. SC300 Launch Monitor, only used a few times. It is in like-new condition. The launch monitor comes with a remote control and instruction manual in the original box. It currently measures carry distance, swing speed, ball speed, smash factor, launch angle, and apex (rumor is that spin support is coming to the app). See my eBay page, wil99ann01, for seller feedback. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!![] (https://s3.amazonaws.com/golfwrxforums/uploads/editor/8x/fq2eao6u7k05.jpg "") **** ## ##
