  1. Couple nice items up for grabs Very nice Ping G stretch 13* Head - $100 '16 Taylormade M2 16.5 with AD DI 7X - $135 Head has some cosmetic damage on crown. Awesome condition F9 with Atmos black 7S shaft - $310 All prices are OBO. Would trade for a G410 Driver/Fairway
  2. I am trying to figure out how much my Tour AD DI 7s shaft was tipped. I know that the distance from green ring to tip uncut is 24.75", but I don't know how much is in the TM tip. It is a 3 wood so it is supposed to be tipped .5" or measure green line to tip 24.25". The head is an M3 17 HL.
  3. When looking back in the last 5-10 years, it goes without saying that the orange light saber is popular on tour. Guys have used the Graphite design Tour AD DI for years and seems to still have an extremely loyal fan base. Looking through what seems to have just as much buzz recently is the Ventus lineup. I currently have a Ventus black in my driver and cannot say I would even be interested in trying other shafts at the moment because I love it so much. Take that devout following of equipment and mix it with on of the the most finicky clubs in the bag, the 3 wood, and I feel like decisions can become very personal. I wanted to ask if there are any out there with experience with either of these shafts in the 3 wood and ask... is there a winner? Curious what other have felt have been the top 3 wood shafts aside from these 2. Some guys like to tinker and swap clubs in and out but the 3 wood has to be one of the hardest in the bag to replace. Whats the go to shaft for everyone out there?
  4. My last golf outing was an unfortunate one. On the first hole I quickly found out that I forgot to strap my golf clubs to the cart and they fell off when I hit the first hill on the fairway. Only to pickup my bag and find that my beloved shaft on my driver was hanging on by a thread. As I tore the remainder of the shaft away from the head of the club I soon realized that not strapping my bag in was going to cost me the price of a new tour ad shaft.. not too cheap. ANYWAY I sort of fell in love with the tour ad di 6x within a matter of a few months playing it. I was looking at eBay as well as reviews of the di vs. the iz and I was just wondering if anyone would have some input as to some of the pros and cons of each shaft. I did love the kicking feeling that the di had, but I often times found that when I really went after a ball off the tee, I'd tend to misshit most of the time. I felt as though to find the fairway my swing thought had to be to slow my tempo down. Other than that it was a great shaft and I loved the feel. In my few days of research I've read that the iz feels a touch stiffer and I was wondering if anyone could share their experience with the two shafts. Swingspeed on driver is between 110-115mph. Not sure if that would help with recommendations but I would just like to throw it out there as it may be important to shaft experts out there. Any input is appreciated, thanks!
  5. Two hybrids for sale. * Ping G400 3H 19 degree hybrid - Tour AD DI 105x shaft. Comes with headcover. Lamkin crossline grip. There is a tiny amount of rust on some of the grooves, doesn't affect playability. $150 shipped. * Ping G 4H 22 degree hybrid - Tour 90 S shaft. No headcover. Lamkin standard grip. $70 shipped. Message any questions or post here. As of now I would prefer to sell as is instead of piecing it out but we'll see. G400 19 G 22

  7. Tour AD DI 7X for sale. In very good to excellent condition. Asking $175 or trade for a low/low shaft in X or TX
  8. I recently put an AD DI in my G410 hybrid (95 x) and my 3 wood (7s) and I love both of them. I currently have the HZRDUS Smoke Black in my driver and it performs well but I do not love the feel. I was wondering what flex of AD DI would be best. SS is between 105-110. I have looked at older threads and some people said the 6s and the 6x are completely different and play differently depending on tipping. Any advice would be real helpful!
  9. MEMBER REVIEW: Graphite Design AD-VR Shaft Aloha, I was fortunate and very happy to have been chosen to be fitted into a Graphite Design AD-VR shaft with the help of Graphite Designs & Aloha Golf, and here is my review. This is just my .02 and I apologize in advance for the slow swing speed & terrible grammar, lol, but here goes. First of all, I’d like to say “Thank you” to Graphite Design (Erik), Aloha Golf (Chris), and of course Golf WRX (Hipcheck) for the unbelievable awesome experience! To be able to test & receive my favorite brand of shaft and to be fitted & tested with a trackman like a pro by a person who helps fit top pro golfers, it was just a dream come true! Ok a little bit about myself, I’m just a regular golfer, currently around a 5 hdcp and swing speed WAS around 105 but now its more like 90. Also back in the day, I have had experience with clubmaking and fitting people, but after getting fit at Aloha Golf w/trackman, I’ve realized its a science and the numbers don’t lie. Aloha Golf/Chris - What was supposed to be a 1 hr fitting turned into an 2 hr enjoyable learning experience of all the different shaft and driver heads to see what worked and what didn’t. Chris is full of knowledge, he explained all the info the trackman was spitting out and how one thing affected another, and what was working and not working. My Gamer - I’m was using a Callaway Rogue Sub Zero 10.5 w/GD AD-Di 6s or TP-7s. I usually hit a slight low draw (and sometimes an ugly hard low snap-hook will show up). The Fitting - Boy, was I shocked when I saw my swing speed, a mere 89 mph with a carry of only 198 yds (and I had been at the driving range before the fitting)! Then Chris fit me into a 50 gram GD AD-VR and WOW! I would have never have thought of dropping down to a 50 gram shaft, thinking the shaft would too flimsy and be all over the place. But the VR was very, very, smooth during transition and stable through impact. Are you telling me that I was able to increase my ss by 5 mph. and carry by 22 yds, just by changing a shaft??? I was blown away! The “Before” By the end after testing shafts and heads and going with the Epic Flash/50VR I had increased my ss to a best 99mph with a carry of 248yds!!! The “After”. The bottom line is I love this Graphite Design AD-50VR Shaft w/the Callaway Epic Flash head combo! Its just so much easier to hit, load, and release! The completed club: I’ve been a fan of Graphite Design shafts for years and I love them! I actually love how I could load them coming down the swing and the low torque would keep the ball down the line. This was an extra Bonus! Thanks to Graphite Designs (Erik) I was able to take a tour of the tour vans at the Shriners PGA event at TPC Summerlin. Look at the toys I got to see! I can understand why Graphite Design shafts are the most popular on tour and locally as well. I always have recommended Graphite Design shafts to my friends and clients and after this fitting I also recommend everyone to go visit Aloha Golf when in Vegas or to get fitted in your hometown. It will change your game! Again, I want to say “Thank you” to Graphite Design Shafts & Erik, and to Aloha Golf & Chris, and to GolfWRX! It was truly a golf enthusiast’s dream!
