In a similar vein, I just got an email with this year's Mesa City entry form. Since I'll be out of town for the Phoenix City this is my one shot this year. I've played it the last two years and had a blast; very well run, and they make sure that you stay on a good pace by having a time clock at the turn/after 18. May 3-4, $140, top 22 gross and net each pay out.

Tuesdays and Fridays work for me, I only have school on Mondays and Wednesdays.

I'd just have to check my work schedule.

[/quote]I'm not sure how it works, but TheGrint.com offers USGA compliant handicaps for free. It has a mobile app as well. Basically it assigns you to a pre-made "club" and I guess that makes it good to go with the USGA.

I could be wrong but I think ghin is different. Like every ghin is a usga but not every usga gives you a ghin

Yeah this website/app doesn't give you a GHIN, I go through the AGA for that but it's so damn expensive. I miss the days back east where my local course would charge me $5 a calendar to maintain my GHIN, and that wasn't that long ago

So Guys how was Encanto... I heard from a friend they are trying to grow the rough to like 5 inches so the ball will be a hard recovery if you spray it during the tourney. Any truth???
