You have to know your swing and game and what works best for you. Some guys need the lowest spinning head possible, some don't. Some need less loft, some more. No one driver is better than another. It's all about the right combination for your game.

Money pays bills...and always wins

I was into motocross for several years, bikes and all aftermarket reviews went the same....one bike or pipe is first in one mag then last in another

I actually knew one of magazine guys and he said honda "gave him" 2 bikes to keep prior to shootout. ..he gave the #1 slot to honda....everyone else had it last or second to last....I rode it and wasnt very good imo

For me a more valuable take away from these types of tests are to look at trends and tendencies. For example one head seems to have more spin than others in all golfers hands or vice versa is helpful as now depending on how you hit the ball, you know which drivers to consider or avoid.
Same with things like which are more forgiving low or higher on the face heel toe etc.
At the end of the day these clubs are well engineered and all have to abide by the imposed limits. There is very little left in design to add fforgiveness or distance.

That said there are clubs that have certain biases in direction spin sweetspot area etc and of course shaft properties play a big role. Chances are no one club will not be more than a few yards longer or straighter assuming all the parameters fit the golfer.

So if you want to kill spin go Sldr or Anser. But Anser will be more forgiving lower on the face. If you want to add spin go g25 or last years amp cell.....
