Lets see some MyJoys!

Recommended Posts

I got to get me some of these, great looking shoes. Know nothing about them, what is the difference between "MyJoy" and "Icon", same thing?

Icon's are a model/style that is a stock item.

Myjoys lets you create your own colorways, etc based on stock platforms.

Go to FJ's website and click the Myjoys button at top of page.

Let the shoe porn continue

Playing in a Member-Guest in two weeks that includes a $125 voucher to use in the Titleist-FootJoy mobile pro shop. Odds are pretty good that I'll be applying that toward another pair of Shield Tips. Thinking of going white base, white gator saddles, and navy patent accents.

What others have said is true--once you get your first pair, you immediately start thinking about getting more.

Does anyone in this thread have odd sized feet (ex. One wider than the other)? If so...were you happy with the shoes you received?

My left foot causes me to have to go for extra wide shoes. Looking on their website...I could get 13 EW for the left and 13W for the right. I'd be curious to hear if anyone else had to do something similar and hear how it worked out prior to taking a $200 leap of faith. Thank you.

I've not had to do that myself, but I know someone that has found out that he needs one size smaller on his left foot. He has ordered three pairs of MyJoys that way and is very happy with them. Good luck! :-)

On this side of the pond foot joy retailers have a foot measuring machine, so they will measure each foot, (always best with your golf socks on too), mine are different sized, no issues on delivery.

I didn't see that offered anywhere around me. I called one of the higher end country clubs in my area (they advertise MyJoys on their website) and asked if they measure for custom shoes. The guy in the pro shop said "ugh...you can come in and try on some shoes and see what fits."

One more fitting question for you guys. How does the fit compare to the DryJoy tour? My retail icons are a size 11 and maybe a hair too big based on the FJ online fitting guide. I went and tried on a 10.5 in the Dryjoy tour and it pretty much matches up to the FJ fitting guide as a perfect fit. The catch is there is not a lot of wiggle room and if the Shield tips end up running a little smaller then it would be too small. Our purchase is closing next week and Ill be ordering some my joys shortly after as a housewarming for myself. I dont want to get the sizing wrong and go with the safe pick 11 which could run big and lead to more creasing or go with a 10.5 find out it runs small and end up with a very expensive cramped shoe.

When I ordered my first pair of Shield Tips I called FJ about the sizing (since I also regularly wore DryJoy Tours as well). The rep I spoke to told me that both of those styles were built on the same last, so the sizing should be the same. I ordered the same size and width I wore in the DryJoy, and the fit was perfect.

Order officially placed today. Hopefully they are still in the 4-6 week timeframe. Leave for Scotland 08/16 really would like them to be in by then. Kinda glad they were out of some of the black printed skin options would have been a much harder decision on colors. Went Shield Tip White Navy Shark saddle and tips navy laces.

Came in today and I am blown away. They came out so good. Was a little worried the shark navy was going to be a shade too light but it goes pretty dang perfect with the navy blue FJ athletic trousers and my navy Patrick Gibbons lizard belt
