Ping Fetch... baby was MONEY today in my match. I had zero 3 putts and a ton of clutch one putt par saves. I had so much confidence, I didnt miss anything 6 feet and in; it was wild as I am usually a total hack job with the putter.

Ahh, that new putter magic....

So I didn't expect to buy another putter for awhile until I came across this today. I had been looking for a Bobby Grace 2200 Softie in excellent shape until I saw this. A 2200 BeNi with no insert, milled face and all. Knowing how much I love a heel shafted blade, pretty sure this will end up being my gamer for years to come. A little bit of the custom Anser mixed in for slow greens too. Let me know if you have seen this version before. I'm extremely excited right now!

So I decided I am going to sell this in order to find another putter with a top line. Seems like I can only putt with with a top line...ugh. Anyway, I'm certainly up for a trade if you have a putter with a top alignment line so feel free to PM me, otherwise you can find it on the 'Bay.

Why not just get a top line milled into this if it's almost perfect?

That's what I honestly would like to do, but having to ship it somewhere and pay for the mill seems a bit much. Funny thing, I actually have a mechanic in our shop with one of those high RPM air powered dremels that could do it but I am so afraid we will Munsen it if we try.

Very cool. I so wanted the Vintage line ‘Nova’.  But a ‘new’ Odyssey 7 White Hot Pro - which is my favourite insert - came up and I got that instead.

I'd give up my X 5.5 for that in a heartbeat. Great looking putter.

I've played one round with each. The Sport-45 on faster greens.

The Sik insert is a great performer but not very durable though, even for an aluminum one. Dings come way too easy for my liking. The Nova was still in the wrapper when I found out after taking it off it has 2 noticeable dings in the center. No doubt the face it another putter by bad customer manhandling the 2 weeks it's been on display. I have a Scotty Special Select that I'm much more confident in it's face durability than this Sik insert. Should have been steel or titanium IMO. Still works great and I'll be keeping the Sport-45 at least.

Nothing wrong with the Nova, I just don't really need a SBST putter these days (even though I keep telling myself I do).

Im glad you mentioned insert durability. That so worried me too. I’m a car detailing fanatic. And perhaps like with the SIK insert - ‘flashy finishes’ mostly don’t last and are often quite delicate……

Im an arc guy too ref putting. I just wanted something that was the complete other end of the spectrum to have lying around - so I could see and feel the polar opposite.

As it happened in the end I bought something else. I did think the Nova was about the cleanest looking #7 shape I’ve seen; and in black with the white lines - made it look like alignment might be very straightforward.

Good luck with the flatsticks…..

I apologize for the above post, would really like to delete that but can't seem to.

Walked into my local shop yesterday thinking that a Newport 2.5 would find its way into my bag.  Was putting really well with it and I set it down to try out a couple other putters.  I stopped at the Mizuno rack and was putting with the M-Craft I model and was thoroughly enjoying it and liked the feel a little bit better than the Scotty.  I finally picked up this one and quickly realized that the M-Craft IV suit me and my stroke a bit better.  I could tell that the I style would have been a bit more of a hot-cold relationship depending on how my stroke would be on a given day.

I absolutely love the look of this putter and how simple it is, plus I enjoy the headcover as well.  Can't wait to get this out in a couple days when we are supposed to have some drier weather.

If the face was dinged by a customer, there’s no way to know why. I doubt the damage was from putting an actual golf ball. I bought a used Toulon San Diego from CPO and it was reportedly in “outlet” condition. That putter had dinks all over the face. I couldn’t comment on the durability because I have no idea how it was handled and what happened to it before they sent it to me. But, if I were to comment based on that experience, I would say Toulon putters are very fragile and are not durable…you can surely see where I’m coming from…

      4. Have you ever used a L.A.B. Golf putter?
      5. Why do you want to review the MEAZZ.1 putter?
      6. Do you agree to participate in an ongoing testing thread, posting reviews and photos?

That's it! @labgolf and GolfWRX will choose the testers in about 2 weeks! This testing event is for good-standing members in the USA only!
