Just out of curiosity, please share the difference between 737v adn 747v. I initially went for 737v but ended up with 747v.

I would say they are a medium to firm feel. Not squishy at all like the Winn grips. I play without a glove in the Houston humidity and have never had an issue. You'd be surprised how light of grip pressure you can use with these.

Awesome to hear, I hate a squishy grip, I can deal with medium to firm. I just really want a larger grip to take the pressure off my right hand which I can have some issues with, also just something that doesn't feel like it's turning in my hand sometimes.

I know they had issues with inventory cause of COVID but looks like they got some back in stock. I'm going to order a Med and XL and test those when I get fitted, they're out of Large but that's fine will know when testing which size is best.

i would not say medium feeling in firmness at all. imo, firm is fair. Not overly firm.

it’s been great, I highly recommend. I do have suspicions about durability based on first few sessions. Not any more than other grips, but at $13 a pop, I’m hoping they last at least....let’s say 20-40 rounds? No idea, but if they wear quick I need to learn to Repair them or go pro

Firm is even better for me then, also thanks for the heads up on possible durability. I do wash my clubs and give my grips a wipe down after every round so they are clean and well kept.

 

I did order a single medium and XL so when I get them and when I do my fitting I'll get them to blow them on and we can test a bit.

I wish i could.....I just know that , the 120 stiff, for me has always been awful in that it felt like nothing else i have tried and I had no control over dispersion or flight.....The 105, although many would say it is a bad description, seems more like heavier shafts that i have played all my life, such as s300, in a lighter shaft. As someone who is trying to go from heavy shafts to lighter, the 105 is much easier for me to adapt to than the heavier 120.

That's interesting. I didn't love either the modus 105 or the 120's. It had nothing to do with the weight and everything to do with the soft butt (the third of the shaft where your hands are). For someone who has used rifles/c-tapers where the entire shaft is fairly consistent and firm, the modus drove me nuts. My dispersion was all over the place.

It's a unique shaft that's definitely a great shaft for some but not others. Just comes down to personal preference.

I will say if you like 105g shafts and don't want the soft butt, try the dynamic gold 105's.

Got my f6 baffler today. Excellent condition from global golf. Manufacturer stickers still on the stock shaft and head. One tiny mark on the top line. And some dirt in the weight ports. Looks like its hit 10 balls. Also picked up an aldila tour blue 85 stiff with a cobra 3 wood adapter. Gonna tip it an inch and cut it down to play 41.5" from what I've found cobra doesnt tip their shafts and the baffler head weighs 225 gr.

This thing is pretty nice, more muted than SIM Max/M6, a bit louder than M5. Would love an adapter that didn't mess with the face angles ??

Got my wedges in today and golf courses open up tomorrow here in Michigan. Got the 0311 forged in 50 degree and sugar daddy 54 degree. Wanted the SD in the 50 but it wasn’t available unfortunately. The SD is probably the best looking wedge I’ve ever seen
