let me know how you like it - been eyeing that same setup

Sounds good...unfortunately it’s Winter where I am and we have 2 feet of snow on the ground, so won’t be able to take it out on the course for a while. Hit some balls in the driveway yesterday though and it felt really good! Despite the shaft being lighter than my last Driver (Callaway Rogue w/ Aldila Synergy Blue 50 S, which was 60g), the SIM Max D has a much heavier feeling swing weight to it and feels like it has much better pop off the face and forgiveness. Can’t wait to take it on the course...feels like it’s going to be a bomber and should help take away my right misses! I got decent distances from the Rogue (240-260 average, 280-295 on the high side), but found it pretty unforgiving and when I missed right it was waaay out in the cornfields/opposite fairway. The Max D should get similar to more distance while helping to keep the ball straight/baby-draw/baby-fade more consistently.

Wish I had access to a launch monitor and could tell you how much my ball speed and launch numbers improved and how much better the club is with stats and facts...but all I know is it looks awesome, feels good at address, and feels great when I hit balls in my shovelled driveway surrounded by snowbanks, Lol!!

Iron covers are tragic. At least take them off when showing off your new sticks! 😄 But seriously, that's a sweet setup.

You will like them if you walk 18 with me, no cranky clank and love me more when you buy them as near gem mint on BST 😆

I’ll post up the new hybrids sans head covers when I get back to my bag. Got the PXG email today that my new hybrids were ready so I drove over to Scottsdale AZ to PXG and scooped them up. They look filthy 🥵

Adams LSP hybrid, 18 degree. Picked it up from eBay as the seller only wanted £33 for it and I love Adams clubs. Never had anything 'tour issue' before 😂

Anyone else have/had one in the past? What should I expect from it?

I cornered the market on these a few years ago, I must have 8-10 of them (lol).  They're an outstanding hybrid.  They're very long.. not the best feeling hybrid, but a great shape, low spin and imo look great at address.  I think you'll really like it.

It's the standard of performance whenever I'm testing any hybrid.  Holds up against more recent hybrids (g410 and  sim max which are also both very good).  GCQuad approved!

Is that the new 0211 line? Those look very impressive. But I like previous generations, too. In terms of aesthetics, not as crazy about the irons but love PXG woods and hybrids.

No, but I did see the new 0211 sticks there. I got probably my favorite fitted hybrids to date along with my Mizzy CLKs...the 0317X Gen 2’s in 17 and 22 degree variety. Easiest way to describe them is “solid” or “powerful” with similar numbers to my CLK’s just a more SIM like “thud”on center strikes vs a CLK “ting”. Going to get a large bucket with them tomorrow with out question.

Good stuff 👍 Unfortunately, I have no idea when I'm going to get to hit it, but it's so pretty I'm quite content to just look at it at the moment 😍😂

We are too alike.  I am currently gaming the Rogue Draw driver with the same Aldilia shaft but in regular flex.  In a rut with it after hitting it well over the summer/early fall.  I know its me and not the club but wanted to try something different.

Just pulled the trigger on a Titleist TS2 with the light weight Fubaki shaft.  Should get it tomorrow.

I'm in SC so weather isn't an issue most of the time.

I don't think it's just us...I've had a few guys who have/had Rogues say the same thing...that they are pretty unforgiving overall. When you hit the sweet spot, they're bombers, but if you miss the sweet spot the distance and dispersal suffers massively! I kept the Rogue 3W and Hybrid and will keep trying to get those under control consistently, but the Driver misses were just too erratic. Enjoy the TS2 and the SC weather...you're definitely lucky to be able to play year round!!

I probably play the game of golf much differently then many golfers, especially when it comes to clubs in the bag, but that's what works best for me. Here are my latest Acquisitions from Callaway pre-owned, a 7 and 8 hybrid. I have never used an 8 hybrid before so it should be interesting , but I have used a 7 with very good success. I included some photos of the package as it was shipped to me , UPS did quite a number on it but everything survived and the clubs are basically brand-new.
