What made you choose these over other graphite iron shafts?

i am close to boxing up my irons and getting Fuji Pro 115's, coming from SF95's

Hi guys not really a equipment purchase but a golf purchase still the same. I have autism and love Disney and went to Disneyland in Florida for the first time 2004 and got a tigger collectors pin but sadly its now retired and (i lost it though i’m hoping its in my house somewhere.) but i did purchase these from ebay  and they arrived yesterday. its the Tigger pin (on the left) i lost but it’ll be sods law my other pin turns up.

I have sets of taper tip - SF i95cw "S" and i110cw "S."  Of the two I liked the weight of 95 but not the profile, and i110 fit me the best.  I really like metal in graphite as it just seems better for golfers with faster and or harder swings, like me.  However, the tip section of 110 isn't as responsive feel wise as I like when matched to my soft 620 MB heads and ProV ball.  The handle section of 110 is great though and tip is a touch softer than 95 tip sections. 

 

Anyway, I tripped over Tensei AV AM(2) stiff shafts and decided to order a long iron shaft to test when I saw for strong players and HIGH bend.  Happy I did.  They fit me better as they are engineered to provide more feel and responsiveness to strong players, plus have that stiff handle, yet lighter weight so faster swing speed.  The more I get use to them the further each club flies.  PW is inching back up to 118+.  And I am hitting long irons further than before using more traditional lofts.  My 3i is 195+ now, and 2 iron is averaging 10-20yds longer than with i110.  Twice last Sat, pure 2i tee strikes, one 232yds down the middle, another 240yds on short par 4's.  On that hole it was 25yds better than using 110cw.  Yes, the fairways helped some, but still those yardages are mighty nice for a guy my age.  Couldn't hit those yardages with i110, and i95 always had a tail on strikes.

 

I did a quick look at the Pro 115 specs, seem like a nice shaft.  I like Fujikura.  But not big on parallel tip, and they are slightly heavier but overall similar to SF i110cw stiff, similar price point too.

New set of irons...Honma tw 747x 4-10. My first foray into hollow bodies and went with graphite shafts for a little ease on my battered, 58 year old joints. I was a little worried about the shorter blade length but they're barely 1/16" shorter heel to toe than my Rac Lts. Just need a break in the weather now....pic is the 7i.

Interested on the performance differences between these and you Srixons.

I just emailed them and they were able to build it, their custom support is super helpful!

 

As for the iron, so far I really like it. I'm not sure if I'll hang on to it just because I'm not getting the distance I wanted it for (which is on me & my swing speed most likely), but it's doing exactly what I wanted it to, just shorter 😂

Those are nice and I am sure very soft yet solid.  I play TS X-Blade 701 CBs, circa 2009 same as your 901s.   TS makes great forged blades and CBs.
