Loved my 420cc VrTour....so been looking for modern smaller head.I bookmarked 6 for sale last friday, this was the only 10.5 and Regular Fuji Pro60r..its quite tidy,i spined the shaft, regripped it,head 199 grams shaft 59 grams.

I don’t have clubs in hand yet - bought lot just for 2 iron.  Several woods have been refinished by Continental, 6 wood being one of them.

Picked up my Sim2 Max with Green NV and 16.5 HL 3 wood with 60gm 5.5 Evenflow Riptide CB  in it today. Now if I get released from foot doc on April 1st from my Achilles issue, I’ll get to try them out finally!! Cleveland HB Soft 1 34” putter as well.

I have the loft sleeve in "big minus," so minus 1.5 degrees. This opens the face (it normally sits a little closed to my eye) and puts loft at 22 degrees -- so not far off of a 7 wood. The x-stiff shaft is untipped, so it plays more like a stiff flex.

 

This club replaces my 4 iron (also 22 degrees). I like my 4 iron for windy days, but the 9 wood is more consistent, accurate and versatile (great from any lie). It goes the same total distance as 4i but obviously goes much higher in the air. It also takes away the big left miss that I occasionally get with 4 iron and especially with hybrids.

Just grabbed this VR Pro 2 iron off of eBay to go with my original Nike forged blades. This will replace my existing 2 iron, a Mizuno T-Zoid pro.

Cally Rogue performed really well for me last year and shouldn’t have sold it and gone to the SIM Max D side. So I’m fixing my mistake and hopefully the Mavrik will be even better than the Rogue was!
