Bought a used pxg 0341x gen2 7 wood. Have an aldila tour blue 85 to go into it. Pulling the 3 and 4 hybrid. And putting in the 7 wood and 4 iron in the bag.

I don’t have this built yet, but wanted to share cause it prob gonna take a couple weeks to get. 
 

A single wedge shaft MMT 105 tx is on order. I’m a savage, and also ordered one length radspeed irons. building up an 8 iron length (or shorter) with the radspeed  pitching wedge(because if I can handle the feel of the PW and the fliers/numbers are not insane, I’m comfortable trying the whole set).

Will build one with my current iron shaft (single length x7 wedge shaft) as well, test, and post here once done.

Biggie’s version is definitely better...there’s no debate there. But LL did it first, so if anyone is getting quoted it has to be LL.

Yeah not to derail into a hip hop debate, but Biggie gets the clout for me.  Never was a fan of LL's version, or him in particular and also the world speaks when ever the verse is quoted.....its not LL's.

To wrap it up though, I’ll just say variety is the spice of life, and I’ll agree to disagree with you.

 

I did a search for “Going Back to Cali” and I’ve attached what pops up!! LL did it in 1988, Biggie followed in his footsteps with his remake in 1997.

 

Don’t need to think too hard about what inspired Easy Mo Bee and Biggie to write their version!

 

And as far as LL goes, Mama Said Knock You Out and Around The Way Girl are all timers...but regardless it’s all personal preference and has nothing to do with Golf! Fore!!! 

(Edit: to clarify, I think Biggie and Tupac are the GOAT’s...not saying LL is better)

I remember following another of your threads and you had the Trono in a SIM - curious if you tried that in the Radspeed or jumped straight to the Hulk? I've got the Trono in a Radspeed and seems a lethal combo (to be verified on course Monday) -  wondering if you had any feedback. That is a crazy cool setup regardless!!

The trono is the stiffest, most stable shaft I’ve ever used. It’s tied with the hulk as my favorite and best performing all-time. You have a perfect setup, the trono was simply a victim of Circumstance in my case. 
 

-it’s been tipped 2 inches and is at 44.5 in a driver, which is a stupid stiff combo. my ballspeeds drop significantly, and I struggle to time it. 

 

-the hulk performs so good in my fairways I had try it in driver. 
 

-I want to swing a little... “calmer” at the ball, hulk suits that a little better than the way I have that trono built. 
 

All that being said, I want to put an extension in the trono (I already put a cobra tip on it to test and a two wood) anI have a shoot out with the hulk, I will post the results here if I do.

The G425’s had a short run. I picked up a Sim Max 5 wood a few weeks ago on a whim and it was just so much easier to play than the G425 19* hybrid. Today, I got rid of the G425 LST 3 wood and 3 hybrid and picked up this beaut.

My new forever clubs. 7 iron was the practice club still very clean. The rest, excellent - barely used. Why? Because there they were. Sweet!
