Picked up this well-worn, new to me 5-Wood to test out. My first ever 5-Wood…going to give it a shot and put it head-to-head vs my SIM 2 Max Hybrid for a spot in the bag, or could switch them in & out depending on course…we’ll see!

I really liked the used Rogue 5w I tested at a local golf shop. I can't remember the shaft, but it was a Speeder of some sort, and it really suited me. Unfortunately, I delayed buying it, and the when I went back the next day, someone else had got it.

Yeah, it seems like the Rogue 5-Woods are tough to get, and this was the first one I came across.

 

The stock shaft in my current and previous Rogues have been the Aldila Synergy, which I absolutely love! There’s something wrong with the Driver head I got this time, but I’ll be keeping the 3W and 5W for as long as I can for sure!

Dick's has new Rogue 3 and 5 woods on clearance.  $179 iirc

Was one of the lucky winners... received it over the weekend... now just have to find a Titleist driver adapter and I'll give it a go!

UPS dropped this off at 6:30 PM, just in time for my 7:30AM tee time tomorrow. I had the grip shipped loose, so threw on some blue tape and blew on the No1 50 Pro grip. First time blowing a grip on, but I want to mess around with the settings to see what works best for me.
