I can live with the channel , at least it isn't in the crown.

I don't see the need for the new alignment aid, but at least they kept the D2/D3 looks and didn't go all 907D1 on us.

I find it amusing that they do not even list the 907 line in their "previous models" page on the website.

They go right from the 905 to 909, obviously their engineers are like the rest of us and trying to pretend the 907 didn't happen

I love the way Titleist continues to make classic looking clubs.

I just can't call this "classic looking." Plus, it has a redesigned modern crown alignment.

As long as it sounds classic, I'm in. The crown is smooth, round, and black pear shaped. What more can we ask for than a sweet head cover and a great look at address?

Titleist has done an excellent job incorporating current technology into a "Classic" look. Now we don't know all the details of the technology they have inside, but it sure looks damn good.

I expect a lot of drivers will be on the BST very soon!

Great looking club from what we can see, slight exception being the alignment aid on the crown, other than that looks like classic Titleist. It will be interesting to hear what they release on the recoil channel and its impact on performance.

I'm not hating at all but that just looks nothing but the Nike VR Ltd lol. Hope they did something special under the hood to change the spin characteristics from the 913 but if the tour guys are testing 7.5*s, I guess they didn't do any thing major..

People said the same thing about the 913 when we got a sneak peak, and now nobody complains about it.

 

Bottom line? Who cares what the sole looks like. You've got to put the technology somewhere, and I'd rather it go on the sole than the crown.

I came to this conclusion when everyone magically came out with surefit like technology.... and then it was weight inserts... and then it's sliding weights..

I believe that Tiger was swinging the same driver with the Compression Channel for at least 4 years, maybe a little longer. It also took him most of the year last year and until they basically designed and placed the 2.0 Covert in his hands before he used anything but that driver with the CC.
