i have an original blue 83 in a r9 4w that i will never get rid of. the shaft is silky smooth, packs one heck of a punch and i keep going back to it. i would get it pulled and installed in an i25 3w but im scared i will never be able to replace it if it were to get ruined during the pull. i have tried the mft kai li and the first version of the s+ and nothing compares to the original thus far. would love to give the new model a go

thanks MRC and Golfwrx

First ever Mitsubishi Shaft I've ever gamed was the Ion plated BlueBoard 73 in a Nike Ignite 460. Fell in love with how the shaft listens to you and the whole Diamana line up itself. Other Mitsubishi shafts I've gamed in the past are BlueBoard 63x (Driver, Fubuki Alpha 60x (Driver), Fubuki Alpha 80x (3wood), Fubuki K 70x (3wood), Kaili 70x (Driver), Kaili 80x (5wood), Ahina 70x (Driver and 3wood) and the Diamana W-Series 60x (Current Driver).

Looking back at all these shafts I've played it is very tough to choose the best one. However I think I have to give it up to the Kaili.

Its just an incredible shaft feel-wise which gave me ALOT of confidence setting up to the ball since I know exactly how the shaft will react every shot (it was just the matter of me putting a good swing on it). Also I really liked the shaft because the shaft itself didn't really have a bold characteristic and didn't enhance or negate anything from whatever head you had it installed (in a good way). If I find a head that I liked looking down at, good spin rates and sounded good at impact, by putting the Kaili in it I was sure that it will bring out the best of any head instead of looking for a shaft that matches the head if you know what I mean. So I always wanted to demo new driver heads in a Kaili or a BlueBoard if possible so I can see how the head performs.

On average, no its probably not the longest shaft in the Mitsubishi shaft line up but its definitely up there in the top for me since I launch and spin it fairly high. However some of the longest drives I've ever hit that I can recall was with a Kaili in the driver.

So I would LOVE to try the new BlueBoard 70 in a TX.

Thanks for the opportunity WRX

My favorite shaft of all time is the whiteboard with flowerband. Simple looks and best feeling shaft I've ever swung.

My name is jacob, my favorite is the whiteboard 73x. Was a perfect fit for San Diego weather, great low piercing ball flight that never ballooned in the wind. It also felt so stable through impact. Great shaft

My favorite Mitsubishi shaft of all time is the Diamana White Board, 73 S flex. I still use that shaft in my R11 3 wood to this day, and that club still has a spot in my bag surrounded by all the SLDRs, but that club/shaft combo is just too perfect to let go. I really like the ball flight that the White board gave me in my driver a few years ago, but when I upgraded the driver and started using the Kuro Kage TiNi, I needed to find a new spot for the old trusty White Board, so I tipped it slightly and threw it in the 3 wood. Also, I really love the flower band...it lulls my opponents to sleep then BOOM, I outdrive their driver with my 3 wood.

I'd definitely have to say the original flower band whiteboard 63x. It just felt/feels so fluid through the swing. And it produces some beautiful tee shots (when I'm able to that is) that have a great trajectory. I'd love to try out the new whiteboard in my current driver and see how it stacks up. It sure has some big shoes to fill.

I mean, I like golf balls
but not that much.

Fubuki-K tipped. So smooth with low spin and a mid launch. Ninja stars on the shaft? Definitely makes it one of my all time favorites.

My favorite shaft is still in play at this point. It is a Diamana Kaili 70x, that is about as smooth feeling and straight as any shaft I have ever hit. I just got in a Bio Cell Pro with a D+ 72x, so it will be interesting to see how it compares up.
