Tiger makes a bogey. His putting seems a lot better. Chipping is still the weakness right now so far. Still under par. The way he started, thought for sure he would end up shooting a ton over par.

For whatever reason, Tiger historically struggles straight out of the gate at the British. He has started many an Open with bogey+.

Competitive nature? One thing I like so far is he is willing to hit both the draw with the fade. His swing actually looks smoother this week versus the Quicken Loans tournament.

I'm just surprised that he is starting to take big cuts with the clubs..
