Southern Dunes outing*pairings/tee times* sept 23rd update*

Ok heres the pairings/tee times for this sunday. Everyone is locked in and paid, we've got an even 16 players.

 

As stated, the range will be closed, so if youre dead set on hitting balls before you play, might want to pop on over to the Duke before hand. Or just take a mully off the first tee, I wont tell anyone that youre 59 was actually a 61.

I'll have full details as the week goes on, specifically payment details and tee times. If we get the full 24 players, we can have te first tee time start at 752. They already have a 840 time booked so we are kind of playing around that time.

Details on the included lunch will also come at a later time once the chef has been consulted by southern dunes management.

I'm still waiting for a response from southern dunes mgmt in regards to payment/contracts, once I get that info I will pass it along.

Ok, got the details this morning.

I am responsible for the FULL payment of the group the day of the event. Unless in case of emergency, if someone does not show up, NO REFUNDS will be issued, as I will be charged for your spot. So the best way to do this is to either A: reserve your spot with me via paypal for $60, or B: physically give me $60 for your spot.

I will go through the thread later and PM everyone that has confirmed, and I will update the thread with pending/paid status as well. If we get a full field of 24 players, then they have stated that they can open additional spots earlier in the morning for us.

I would like to have a pretty firm count 10-14 days in advance, and if any last minute guys get in, they said that would probably be ok, but you're rolling the dice as far as availability. No prepayment, no spot.

No offense to you Mark but I don't feel like I need to paypal you a deposit.

I think it's kind of dumb on the course to say there are no exceptions. Even We-ko-pa let us have 1 last minute no show and didn't charge me. I've set up a ton of these and the most we had to do was have each player call papago and put their credit card as a hold. Is there a way to set that up with SD?
