I have a putter that maybe a brother to yours and it is my first flow neck. I have always loved the Daytona plumbers neck. Lol different strokes for different folks!! And of course I putt best with a face balanced Monte Carlo!!

The way I started out on eBay was to search for "Tour Issue TaylorMade putters" and I saved that search and get updates when something new is listed.

This is from my laptop. I also use the eBay mobile app. And that is the one that lets you know newly list items.

The Ghost Tour model putter have a silver insert. I have been told it is referred to as a 80/20 insert and it has some aluminum in it. And it is firmer.

Some of the Tour Issue putters have that insert instead of what would come as standard for retail putters. A very subtle clue that they were made for tour or as a prototype.

One of my favorites from this group is a JDM Forged Milled Daytona DA-12 that has been refinished in black. It has the milled insert, a black stepped shaft and a milled "Ghost" in the cavity with a jade translucent paint fill.

Yes I am, hence my handle. Been playing there for 20 years. If you saw the Dawn Patrol episode in the Golf Channel's Golf in America series a few years ago, I was the one cooking the steaks in our parking lot barbecue. I also have a page about the Dawn Patrol on my website www.torreyrat.com.

Didn't think I'd see a Yes! on here. I picked up a Pippi Tour(center-shafted, belly, wide blade) back before Christmas. The tour line are great feeling putters that can be had off ebay for very cheap.

What I was talking about was the bottom plate. I love the newer TM spider putters, but the sound of the plastic is awful. I really like how the one you have looks to be a type of metal. I've been wondering how tour players use the plastic with that sound. The best solution I found was to put some lead tape on the plastic and it gets rid of the sound, but it doesn't look as good. I wish I could either take the plastic piece off and put the lead tape on the inside, or get a different piece that wasn't plastic. I'm going to be on the lookout for DLL that has the metal plate now that I know they make some of them with it. I will sell a kidney for that.

I cut it from 38" to 36" and put a Superstroke 17" on it. I have a tour lock 50 gram on the way and may switch to the newer 14" CB grip when it's available. I also stripped all the paint off the bottom, couldn't stand the big block of white paint. I have a terrible picture in my WITB thread but I'll get some better ones for you tomorrow on the course.

Had Delilah make a bigger headcover since the one I had was fitting snug. It was also a great excuse to place another order with her.
