Have you ever seen a European LPGA event, she's playing against a bunch of 7 handicaps, she better finish strong. She is young and has made some mistakes, probably too much pressure. But, when she withdrew from a tourney last year due to a mysterious illness when she was in jeopardy of loosing her LPGA privileges due to the score she was posting that did it for me.

I agree that the withdraw due to the wrist did not look good. If she was hurt she should have withdrew earlier in the round or even before. I just think people have to withhold judgment on her game until she is 100% again because last time she was 100% (2005-2006 on the LPGA) she was pretty solid.

First round scores from Germany....

1 64 -8 Nina Reis (SWE)

2= 66 -6 Lora Fairclough (ENG)

2= 66 -6 Jade Schaeffer (FRA)

4= 67 -5 Natalie Claire Booth (ENG)

4= 67 -5 Veronica Zorzi (ITA)

4= 67 -5 Marta Prieto (ESP)

7= 68 -4 Martina Gillen (IRE)

7= 68 -4 Lynn Brooky (NZ)

7= 68 -4 Michelle Wie (USA)

7= 68 -4 Paula Marti (ESP)

7= 68 -4 Gwladys Nocera (FRA)

7= 68 -4 Christine Hallstrom (SWE)

7= 68 -4 Margherita Rigon (ITA)

7= 68 -4 Louise Stahle (SWE)

I know they are not near the talent of the LPGA, but 7 handicaps?

I am happy about her seemingly new attitude, hope she keeps it up.

She is now (after the third round, and the first 2 also) talking about not

being happy with leaving so many shots "0ut there". Before she always

seemed to be like, oh well it coming along. If she keeps this up, we

can look for some really good golf from her. I'm a fan.
