Driver lie angle

Can you change it?

I was wondering if you could chnge the lie angle on a Titleist 905t? Its too upright for me. Thanks.

how do you know if its too upright for you? b/c you're not hitting the ground with it...

I believe you can bend lie angle on your driver, but no more than 2 degrees..

many will say lie angle doesn't matter on a driver because 1. it doesn't contact the groung, and 2. that due to the force of the swing, the shaft actually bows making the clubhead's lie angle flatter at impact than it is at address. that said, there are those that believe a driver with a high upright lie angle can be draw bias. this logic makes some sense to me.

 

as for a titliest driver, i'm almost positive that i've heard the lie angle can be adjusted by using a different sleeve and a blind bore - which my understanding is it is very tricky and difficult to find someone who can/will do it.

Thank you. I think that the driver is too upright for me becuase at adress when resting on the ground the clubs toe is not even close to touching the ground.

Wait i did not mean to say the toe i ment to say that its not even close to flat on the ground.
