The feel/sound sometimes seems inconsistent. I think it may have to do with where on the face you contact the ball... between grooves, on the edge of a groove, etc. There are only 5 grooves on the face.

Either way, it was a problem even though I did like the Method when struck properly

I'm sure they will keep the milled line rolling. Just no new ones yet as the method mod are still generally new and are fantastic. I want to try the new insert to see if it feels better than the method core. Not a fan at all of those. Love the headcover though. May have to get one just for my method mod 90

Forever Changing at this point.......

I understand them trying to be edgy but I'm thinking the departure is too far from traditional to gain any major traction.

I actually kinda like the M5 there. Not a fan of the Shox putters aesthetically, but definitely curious to see how they actually play, in terms of roll, sound and feel.

Gotta give it to Nike...They know fugly and take it to the extreme year after year...I'm pretty sure no one in Nike golf understands sales targets, because their year over year products pretty much appeal to no one who is a serious golfer...I guess they're happy servicing the weekend warrior who plays a handful of rounds a year with the newest equipment...Its a shame with the money in Nike, they should've been a serious player in the equipment market, but I guess chose not to be for some reason...

Very frustrating how they can not seem to get out of their own way. They came close to perfection with the Tiger model line and instead on perfecting a solid line up they have "innovated" into the negative. Very dissapointing.

Not saying I'm a fan of the colors but when you see one on the course you will know it's a Nike putter. I believe that's what they are going for instead of the same old. Yes the weekend warrior will buy one and maybe his or her buddies will see it and buy it. The B2 caught my eye and if I can't get a Rors 006 I will get the B2 plus the head cover is a huge leap forward for them! Would love the B2 if it was milked and not an insert as I have had both.

Berg---how do you milk a putter?

Just kidding. The insert in the B2 doesn't feel bad at all. It felt much softer than the insert in the previous Core putters.

I really like the black color of these new Methods, but Ill' stick with my original Method 001 milled. Have not found anything that puts a better roll on the ball.

Well it sounds like I may be they only one, but I really like the looks of the Method Matter line. Also the headcover is really close to being great, if only it was a darker black and had just the red swoosh.

Also, I wouldn't be surprised to see a line similar to the original Method putters next year. I think that Nike said that their milled putters would be on a two year cycle so the Mod is still their high end putter for another year.

The Matter I think will be $149 and the Converge $169 or 179.

Who knows what the Rors 006 will release at. I'd have to think $500 would be the low end.
Shakey I swear I proof read that! Obviously you got I meant milled. If it softer it's much closer to the milled versions in my opinion. I felt a difference going between the two but not as big as I thought it would be. I actually liked the shape of my MC compared to my midnight 006.
No worries. I was in a weird mood when I read it....laughed for quite a while...and couldn't resist the joke.
