Except for the cavity Pep. The best part about it is that you could sole it and it was dead flat. The high toe will be an adjustment, but the thing looks a bit larger than a normal wedge, to me anyway. That should bring some confidence into a lot of folks wedge games.

I'm not sure. I might give one a spin. I have 2 wedge sets already I really like and are used to. But what's one more, right?! LOL

After speaking with one of the guys that helped design this wedge I am 100% confident that many people like this wedge especially guys that prefer to fly it to the hole and check over a bump and run approach.

I'm debating getting the 64. Since I plan to use this primarily out of the rough around the greens and out of the bunker, I may be able to make a 64 work. If it doesn't, I have a 60 degree wedge that I really like.

I have recently gone to the "2 different wedges for 2 different jobs" theory of short game thinking. My 54° and I have become very comfortable for all "normal" shots around the green as well as most partial shots. My 60° has a different grind and is relegated to bunkers, deep rough, and severely short sided shots.

Basically, the only times that I would use the 60° are also times when the extra 4° of loft would come in handy.

Call it a honeymoon if you will, but this is the best wedge I can remember buying in past decade, at least.

Already chipped 2 in over 3 rounds, great out of all kinds of sand, amazing shot possibilities from ridiculous lies.

I got a good deal on a used 60. I have a miura that I like but figured it was worth a shot. I couldn't believe how easy it is to hit. Flop shots all the way to knockdowns. Great club!
