Picked this 2 iron up for $65 (living in Australia, everything is more expensive) it is mint. Miura forged, with that beautiful swoosh. David Duval era tour issue split cavity. I'm a high ball hitter, this thing is like a laser beam. Must brag situation, 371 yard par 4 at my club, striped one down the centre, farther than I've been with any other club, had 68 yards to the flag. Driver might have to stay in the trunk.

I am not real confident it has a shot at unseating the SubZero, but once again, have never struck a golf ball with a Nike club. I bought a VFP 4 iron a while back to play with off the BST, but sold it before it ever got a grip on it.

 

I am hitting this regardless. I could play 18 holes and sell it for $200 on ebay in a blink.

Hoping when I get home in a couple weeks that Roger Dunn still has a 3w on sale. Hard finding the 3w with the Diamana in it locally. Just caved on a BNIP set of PC's for a killer deal.

Yup. Great time to play. Been using my old clubs again.

 

Might stick with the VR Pro wedge and retail vapor speed 3 wood. Unless I get the vapor fly pro fairway wish tensei shaft.

I only hit it 3 times since I played a 9 hole course.

 

The 3 times I did it hit, I hit all 3 pretty good. The 2 I hit give me a good roll, maybe 20 yards roll?

 

One hole I hit it good but it was against the wind. Didn't get much distance. But with the shaft and head combo, it felt a sharp penetrating ball flight.

 

Hopefully I can play a 18 hole course this weekend and I can use on par 5s and such.

Everyone I know plays the tour AD DI, (the tiger shaft and now Spieth) I'm the only one I know with this set up. Def wanna hear what you think.
