Simple.

 

Gel based paint remover, on the badge only, leave a few minutes, scrub with a soft brush under running water.

 

The badge is brushed metal under the graphic so it looks great in the day light.

I looked at the Epic, it sits open to my eye. Can't stand it. I had a Flex 440 head, never hit it though. My VFP driver has done more than well enough for me.

This is by no means a jab at you in the very least, just a funny observation and light joke, but your dedication to this thread and to Nike Golf gear in general is EPIC!! You brand loyalty may have been the sole thing keeping their golf division afloat these past few years!! Your set-up does look nice though, glad its working well. Cheers!

 

Funny thing about it. I demod the covert 2.0 tour fairways and driver few years back. They were short for me. I hated Nike equipment for no reason other than that what everyone else said. I held off on the Vapor series because I didn't like volt (it's grown on me since) and I wanted red and black color ways.

 

I bought and gamed my first Nike club last July when I got the Black VFP driver. Since then, I've made a full switch earlier than I wanted to due to the doors closing on the golf clubs side of things. I'm now 1 putter and an iron set away from 3 full Nike bags, 1 being my girlfriend's. But I'm slowly selling off the extras I won't use.

 

Let me know what you are selling if and when you do!

B1/04 :) I prefer the square lines vs the rounded edges. Haven't rolled it yet here in Iowa. But the putter head is definitely a LOT heavier than my stock B1-01.

They are in wonderful condition. I tried them last year with stiff DG Pros and this set is regular. Perfect.

Hit these irons for the first time yesterday, and was the first time hitting outdoors in 2017, loved these things!

Nice looking set!

I have the pro combos, but I tried the pros also. In the shorter irons, I liked the pros, but I just couldn't hit them well in the long irons. Honestly, they don't look a whole lot different to me. Obviously the pro combo looks bigger on the top line, but it still looks like a players club with just a little more forgiveness.

I think they look okay. I would prefer no badge in the cavity at all.

How much more demanding are the vapor pros vs the vapor pro combos?

 

Is ballstriking your strength? If it is, vapor pros are no problem. If not, do you want to get better? Then they're still no problem. However, if you're a 15 hcp and only play on weekends and don't swing your clubs frequently, then stick with the pro combos.

 

I played pro combos for almost a full season, then transitioned to a split set with blades 6-P but kept working on my swing. Now I play the pros the majority of the time. I still have a blended set that I play just to mix it up, but the vapor pros are fantastically forgiving once you can get past the intimidating profile initially.

 

Oh, and the feel of the Vapor Pro's is unreal better than the pro combo. I'm not huge on the RZN in the long irons, but that's just me being REAL picky.
