new adams gear?

see photo below. the sticks w/ the white/blue scheme look awfully new to me. i saw this on instagram. if these clubs were at the pga tour show, i apologize but i don't recall seeing them in pictures found on this site.

I wonder if that is the new blue line? They posted a thing on twitter the other day about Adams Blue and Will Farrell riding in a cart with an Adams bag and a bunch of headcovers on stuff. Seemed to imply they would be making some big release on the Blue line.

Fairly certain the red line is geared towards better players, Blue line for more middle handicappers. I'm expecting a game enjoyment marketing campaign from Adams shortly, but I'm also expecting this to be their last chance from TMaG imo. Will be a sad day.

Apparently they are going to try and grab the beginners and the couple rounds a year golfer with a basic, easy to hit club line. Simple numbers and setups with a low price point. I will be curious to see if that causes them to disappear or gain some footing in a blurry market of golfers

Thought the exact same thing. The Red looks great, but the cheesy commercials are all geared towards beginners. Like Golf For Dummies in three minute segments. Sad to see such an innovative company die like this, with no dignity.

It's such a shame, before the acquisition Adams was the most innovative co. on the street and personally the most appealing.

They killed themselves when they put the groove on the crown of the their woods/hybrids instead of the sole

Actually I like the slot on my A12 hybrid. I find it helps frame the ball like an iron. I don't disagree regarding the woods though.

How come people blame TM for the downfall of Adams as yall knew it when Adams is the only one responsible for selling the company???

Personally I am surprised that they purchased Adams and let them continue as long as they did. I could be off base but it doesn't make sense to blame the new owner for changing a company that they purchased with full intentions of putting their own spin into it. Just saying

TM should shutter all of Adams except for the hybrids which I think have always been TM's weakest offerings and keep the name going as "own the second shot, Adam's by Taylormade"

I've always thought Adams made great hybrids. And I too don't mind the slots on the crown. But this all looks very bad for the company. I think we all saw this coming, but some of us (ME) were hopeful they'd remain for a while longer and release the same quality of product they are/were known for.

I agree that it looks like this is the last Adams push we will see from TMAG. Shame because they have had top tier golf equipment for the past 20+ years..... The past 10 years they really turned on the heat and had some of the best woods and irons in the game. Then we can talk about the dominance in the hybrid market and its even more disappointing

With sales being down 28%, I wouldn't be shocked to see Adidas selling off Adams and evening shopping TM. They don't need to be like Nike.
