Ping guy has Titleist shaft question

So I've almost accidentally become a Ping guy, and have become very familiar with their clubs and shafts from the past few years. I've decided I want to play a 4W instead of a 3W and 5W, so I'm finding it difficult to find a Ping G25 4W with the tour shaft (almost 110 driver ss). May start looking at I20's and I25's also, and maybe the G20 since it seems to get a lot of love. However, I've noticed that people seems to really like the Titleist fairway woods and hybrids, so want to look at those also. I'm okay looking at the last couple models (910 and 913), since it seems like they haven't made huge changes.

 

My questions is about the stock shafts for titleist. If I went with a Ping, I would want to go with the tour shaft, which is a common upgrade before going to a completely custom shaft. Does anyone know how the stock Titleist shafts (looks like Diamana primarily?) for the woods and hybrids compare to the Ping stock and tour shafts? In other words, do I need to look for an upgrade on a stock shaft or should the stock shafts work for the Titleist without having to look for their upgrade? Of course, I'll go hit some to try them out, but have spent a good deal of time becoming familiar with Ping and would like to be familiar with the shafts I am most likely to see on the Titleist.

The stock Diamana S+ is a really nice mid/high launching fairway shaft (Or the D+ if you need lower launch/spin). I wouldn't bother upgrading unless you just hate the feel of the Diamana for some reason. It should be somewhat comparable to the Ping shaft.
